Providence Bagel reviews
18The bagels are really good and they have a wide variety of flavors to try out of the bagels and cream cheese, also good customer service. They accidentally got my order wrong and apologize and let me keep the one they got wrong.
Love their bagels and interesting cream cheese. Wouldn’t mind a low cal or low cholesterol bagel thrown into the mix!
Great customer service almost always. Great everything bagels. Only con- when they barely toast the bagel lol. Otherwise best bagels in ri.
Best breakfast sandwich in the Mount Hope area! The Green Monstah on a spinach bagel is **chef's kiss**.
Michael was very nice but apparently communication was lacking as l ordered my bagel well done & it wasn't more focused on the drive through
So delicious! Love the Patriot Sandy on an Everything Bagel! Staff at the counter or in the drive thru are always friendly! I got gift cards for my loved ones to share the joy!
This place has my FAVORITE vegan cream cheese. Nothing else compares to their vegan chive cream cheese, and this is the only place I’ll buy it from now! Highly recommend!
Bagels were decent but service was bad, waited a half hour past "ready" time for an online order
I really love this place, but. If you order through the app, you are not guaranteed to get what you ordered. I have gone more than three times to find out their out after waiting for it. You have to wait too long for food if you do stand in line, and I've watched on several occasions people place orders and get them before you get the one you ordered through the app.
Gave this location a chance after numerous issues with the drive through in Providence. This will absolutely be my last visit. Unless you have 30min to waste in the drive through line when there is literally only 1 car in front of you bail. I could have ordered dunkins entire menu and drove all the way home before getting a bagel and cofee. Absolutely ridiculous, figure the drive through out or get rid of it.
Great bagels. Great coffee. Friendly staff. I wish they were less busy and had longer hours.
Also. There is very little seating. Don't hangout here.
Worst drive thru service. Had to turn my car off while waiting. Close the drive thru if it’s that long of a wait.
Really good bagels, horrible communication. Small handwritten signs saying they are sold out after I sat in the drive thru line for 30+ mins …… I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have larger signs or cut the drive thru off like complete waste of my time.
The only thing saving this place from being a 1 star is that their food is pretty good. The service though, could not be worse. I've been to this location a few time and discovered, If order in store, you're waiting minimum 20 minutes for them to reheat a premade bagel, premade egg, meat, and a slice of cheese, and if you want more then 1 sandwich, 30+. Then I went to call in my order as to not wait in the store for so long, and I was told that they don't take phone orders on the weekend (it's Friday?) And that I should order online or on an app which has upcharges and service charges. I've been going back hoping that they would do better, but I've been disappointed Everytime. This is the final nail in the coffin though, I won't be going back to this location again.
The staff is so kind and sweet, I would smooch each of their foreheads, they work so hard and do the best they can every day. They don't get tipped enough, they make the best bagels, sandwiches, and pastries I've seen at a fast food place. Their eggs are made fresh, I hope everyone gives them a shot. Tho a warning the plain cream cheese has pepper in it.
Flaw in the katalytsos ordering system- sends a confirmation email without the restaurant having seen and approved the order, made for a rather disappointing 30 min wait
Really good bagels haven’t been in Providence for a while but this was a great utilization of this building. The staff are friendly and informative. The prices are a little steep for breakfast sandwiches but the quality is there so I cant be mad. The drive-thru needs work though, that tight turn to try and get out when the parking lot is busy is an absolute disaster but that’s my only complaint about the place.
