The boat tour we took for my Grandparents 64th wedding anniversary was wonderful! Captain Peter taught us a lot and allowed other members of the tour to share their experiences

We’ve been on multiple tours and have loved each one. It’s such a nice way to learn about the city. We bring anyone that visits from out of town and all have raved about it afterwards. Highly recommend ice cream at The Landing as well.

This is a great tour even if you have lived in RI most of your life. I learned a million things about Providence that I never knew. Capt Tom is super knowledgeable and could answer all the questions that we asked. Even the cloudy day didn’t interfere with the trip. Definitely want to go on the Waterfire ride before the end of the season.

Absolutely fantastic company run by even better people. This tour is an absolute must, whether you’re visiting the city or if you’re a fellow Rhode Islander. My wife and I have done this tour countless times at this point, and we live just 15 minutes away! We have brought just about every friend, and our family on this wonderful tour. My 50th birthday we took up a whole boat! This was during a water fire, which is absolutely amazing on the boat! The tour itself is always run by an extremely enthusiastic and well informed guide. It really makes for a wonderful day or night. The owners, Captain Tom and his wife, Kristin, are two of the most down to earth people, they will meet most accommodation requests and have a tremendous shop (The Landing) where you can get anything from a sweatshirt to Ice Cream, yes, Ice Cream and it is amazing! I can not recommend this tour enough! Thank me later! PS- Side note, should you fancy yourself an adult beverage, it’s BYOB! Bring a little cooler on board and let Captain Tom, and the rest of their incredible staff do the rest!

Boat captain was kind and enthusiastic about his job. However, I am rather disappointed to have paid 100$ to sit in pouring rain and freezing in a boat under a bridge for an hour and a half. The tour 100% should have been cancelled and refunded (which their policy claims to adhere to given such conditions). If it was a sunny day I’m sure it would’ve been great, tour company just did not respond accordingly and customers left to pay. Also from an accessibility standpoint (as someone who struggles with mobility) there is a ramp with decent incline to overcome to get to dock but to get into boat itself very steep 3 stairs with no railing. Also nowhere to appropriately store mobility device in rain. They try to accommodate but use your own discretion when booking. Whoever’s reading hope you have a beautiful sunny day and better experience!

We had such a great time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette party! Captain Tim did a great job of making sure we were all enjoying ourselves even when we had to wait under a bridge until the rain stopped!

We had a great river cruise with Captain Pete. We learned a lot about the history of Providence and seeing the flood gates was very interesting.

Big risk to book one of these and hope the weather will be okay. I think it’s unreasonable to need to cancel several days in advance to get any kind of refund, and not just 24 hrs due to weather concerns. We live far away & it seemed risky and then of course was pouring and had thunder & lightening when we had to start driving there, so we didn’t go but they still apparently went out. Don’t think we’ll book again and risk losing hundreds more
