Purple Cow Ice Cream, Pawtucket RI

Ice cream was good, but even though they have ice cream sodas on the menu, they didn't know what one is and couldn't make it.

The ice cream was solid, both soft serve and hard ice cream. My main comment is just about seating. It’s all in the sun in the afternoon, and there’s no escaping it. Many people just ate the ice cream in their cars, which was fine. But the overall experience could be better.

Ice cream is nothing special. No umbrellas for the outside bench to shade from the hot summer sun and they have not opened their indoor seating area.

Lots of variety of ice creams! From quite a few varieties of soft serve ice cream for starters. They had hard packed ice cream choices and all can be made into sundaes and fountain drinks. They also had sherbert and different lemonade choices for those with lactose allergies.
There is always a line and yet they moved super quick. On a hot summer day you can't beat the cooling flavors!

Family and I have been going here for years, great value and variety. Make sure to bring cash, they do not accept cards.

Out and about in the South Attleboro area and desired a milk shake and found myself down on Newport VT Ave at the Purple Cow. Ordered a milk shake using the S'mores ice cream. The flavor was Outstanding and the shake was accented by Marshmellows and large bits of chocolate thought. Checkout this shop or it's sister store in Seekonk.

Favorite local spot by far. Prices are fair, tase is great! Haven't had a flavor I haven't enjoyed.

Little slow but the ice cream are huge 3 scoop thought it was going to be small in a come but wow like half gallon of ice cream on it price was good too with the weight

So I went to purple cow today at around 5: 45 and the young girl at the window refused to serve me because I was not wearing a mask. I asked if they are following the executive order because it clearly says not to refuse anyone service due to a medical condition. She told me she doesn’t think it’s because of what the order says it’s because the owner has instructed them not to serve anyone without a mask. (It’s not her fault, she’s just doing what she’s told) Which the owner does have a right to do that, it’s his business, he owns it, but I have been discriminated for having a medical condition and not being able to wear a mask. This is America people! I went to another ice cream place that did serve me didn’t ask any questions about a mask and I spent my money there and also gave them a large tip!

Long lines amidst the crisis but you know its the spot to be when the lines don't stop ANYBODY. Great ice-cream AND customer service!
