New customer and impressed with the customer service. There is a text confirming appointment. Did oil change and tire rotation. Next week after driving on highway realized a tire needed balancing. This was done with no charge. Very pleased with the mechanics.

Highly Recommend RM Auto care. I have been taking my 2003 Honda Element here for service for the past 5+ years. Have never had an issue with their mechanical work. I find their pricing to be fair and reasonable. Professional and courteous, always.

I had to have my panoramic sunroof replaced on my Jeep liberty These guys went above and beyond fixing my car Craig went all over the Internet looking for a replacement sunroof He found one in New York Within a week he had my replacement roof and had it installed As promised Thanks guys for all the great work you did

Great place with a knowledgeable crew. Volkswagen specialists for sure. The only downside is that sometimes the turnaround time for getting your car back is pretty long.

Been coming here for 12 years for every single service I need. Mark and Jim always treated me and my son like family, and it’s exciting to see the new updates with the new owner. Quality and prices are the same as before, Adam is a great addition to the team, and it’s nice to have the added benefits of little things like text reminders for appointments and services.

I have a VW Eos and needed a specialist for my repairs. I left a message for R M Auto Care and was called back the next day by the owner. Jim scheduled me in the following week. I had a whole list of to-dos they carefully went over with me ranging from an oil change to my convertible top repair. These are top notch mechanics who are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. They did a great job with my car and ticked off all the items on my checklist. We needed a part to come in, so I'm going back in to see them again. I highly recommend them for your vehicle maintenance and repairs, especially if you have VW/Audi.

I was in Rhode Island on business and found my vehicle in need of some serious brake work. At last minute I called R&M and they fit me in. From the very start they were up-front and honest about what my situation was, walked me into the garage to show me first hand, and explained what was happening and how they could resolve it. After choosing from my options, I was able to sit in their comfortable lobby and use their free wifi to get some work done. They provided free coffee and some great conversation. Finding a diamond in the rough like this makes me wish I actually lived here.

I had work done at another shop while visiting from out of state - the other shop did a faulty repair on my car causing my breaks to completely give out; I almost couldn't get home.
After a TON of grief, I had my car towed to R&M where Jim kindly took me in on the spot and made the repair I needed to get home safely.
He did this quickly, with care, and at a reasonable price.

Their waiting area is extremely comfortable - AC, nice couch, TV, coffee, water, nice people!

I’ve been bringing my car to Jim for many years. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic but my experience here has always been excellent & the is work top-notch!

Wonderful place I called on Wednesday and I got an appointment the next day to get my muffler fixed, I thought it would be a little expensive but this place wasn’t expensive at all. They did a wonderful job and let me know every thing they would be doing to my car step by step. I recommend this place 100%. Nice caring people!

Honestly the best Mechanic shop I have ever used. We will start with Car #1 which is a 2014 Ford Explorer the rack and pinion went out on it and also needed new lower control arms and ball joints. A garage that was closer to me said the rack and pinion was on national back order for 6 months because its an electronic part and there known to go. Well Craig found me a great used one with a warranty and had it in the same day it showed up! Including the lower control arms! But that's not it.

We were supposed to have to send it to a Ford dealership to have it programed.also a month out. But they outsourced a Gentleman who could do it a there garage the same day it was put in! I had my truck back asap! I could not have asked for a smoother repair and the price for labor and parts was exactly what it should be. I saved 100's of dollars going to RM!

But wait there's more. Then my 2011 Buick regals AC compressor died. I dropped it off when I picked up the explorer and had it done the next business day.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Had me back in my vehicles ASAP! Thank you guys so much for all you have done! Thank you for not taking advantage of a paying customer and being more than fair on repair prices! You guys rock and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my vehicles!

Been going here for 2 years now since I got my 2020 Jetta R-Line back in 2021. They have never disappointed me once. Fair prices and pure honesty and hospitality. There is no hidden fees, overcharging, or shady business practices. These guys are the real deal and are very intelligent and helpful when it comes to German cars (VW, BMW, Audi). They also work on other types of cars too. I can't recommend these guys enough. If you want great work done by guys who know what they're doing at great prices. This is the place to go to.
