Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Outlet, Warwick RI

Me and my wife were looking to purchase a new couch. When we arrived to the store, we were greeted by Xavier. He was super friendly, and knew everything and anything that was needed about furniture. He also gave us our space and allowed us to look around as we wish to without being the “typical” salesman. Once we narrowed it down he continued to go above and beyond to complete the purchase process and set up delivery at our new apartment. We highly recommend him and he is defiantly and asset to Raymour & Flanigan. I would go back and see Xavier again and purchase from Raymour & Flanigan for any future of our furniture needs!

We were waited on promptly showing all of our choices and discuss what was good with one and what was good with other the sales lady was very very knowledgeable about it and really helped us out so I thanked her much

There were a lot of nice choice's of the furniture that I was looking for. The staff was very nice and friendly. They took care of my needs immediately and there was no pressure to make a purchase

Xavier (he was great) is the only positive aspect of Raymour and Flanigan. It all went downhill from there. They really have absolutely no respect for your time. If you work. I highly recommend going somewhere else. If not, you'll be taking a lot of time off to wait for them, especially if you have any issues. Decided to keep a defective piece because I couldn't continue to leave work. Find a place that has some consideration of your time/schedule and wants to make things right without continuously putting you out like it's no big deal.

It's was like they didn't have time for use and the person the day before, that showed us the living room didn't show us how things work OR, like it was A pain to wait on us. We did a full house of furniture with R/F and came back again for another living room set. We alway deal with R/F. But this time your service sucked. We even said we are A repeat & repeat customer.

Xavier was fantastic! He didn't try to talk me into buying something I didn't want. He was super knowledgeable about the products, very informative, very helpful, and very patient. He's also a great young man. The next time I need to buy furniture, I will be going straight to him. He is a great asset to Raymour & Flanigan! Thank you, Xavier.

My wife and I came into the Warwick outlet store looking very quickly to buy a bedroom set and living room set. We were met by an amazing professional named Arielle, she was so helpful, friendly, courteous and quickly understood how to help us without being pushy. We have her budgets and what we liked and we loved what she recommend and worked with our budget.

I love it very pleased experience my salesman was the best, I took my 86yr old mom mattress and loveseat shopping and he was some calm and not pushed letting her see what mattress she like, he just let us have are time looking for a good she will like just because of him I will shopping again and share my experiences to my friends, thank you for taking care of us the salesman name is Xavier Johnson he was the best, I would use him again
