I desperately needed a fresh new look, and Nicole delivered! I went for dual fantasy color balayage (note: I didn't know the difference between balayage and ombre) in magenta and purple. The end result looked better than the reference image I sent her! And I'm absolutely obsessed~ she really took the time and care, and her hard work is priced fairly! 11/10 am already booked for a future touch-up!
