Rent-A-Center, Warwick RI

Two strikes.first item I rented to buy was a massive sectional couch. I did it online and two weeks later didn’t have it because they couldn’t find the order and therefore hadn’t ordered it.then took another week to schedule delivery for another one they had in store since I didn’t want to wait for them to order the one I wanted.this week I ordered a nice fireplace entertainment center. Very clearly came with the fireplace insert, yet when they delivered it, set it up and tried claiming it didn’t get on the truck and may not be included, I had to talk to the store and force them to drive it right back. They expected me to leave my 25 gallon fish tank, that we have put hundreds of dollars into, half full in my kitchen for over twenty for hours before they would deliver the fireplace portion of the center next day. That fish tank lived in the living room on top of the fireplace that we were replacing. I demanded and had to argue with them it needed to be done immediately, and forced their hand to get it same day delivered when it should have been in the truck along with the rest of the center to be delivered and set up at the same time. And the kicker? The guy brought the fireplace right back BUT DIDN’T PUT IT IN THE CENTER AND MADE US INSTALL IT. Time to find a new rent a center that will not play games.

Best customer service, very accommodating. Won't go to another rent a center. Only here.

Very disappointed, will not ever go back, and I would never recommend to anyone
