Chris Rowley helped us move to Rhode Island during a trying year when there was no inventory and when prices and interest rates were skyrocketing. He treated us like royalty the whole time, returning every message or call in an instant, calming our nerves, and turning over every stone. He pulled rental opportunities and early showings out of a hat to keep us going through our quest, and eventually led us to the unicorn we sought.

My partner and I started working with Chris as our realtor when we moved to Providence last year. He helped us find the perfect apartment, although he typically doesn't do rentals. He took the time to listen to our preferences and really understood what we were looking for. He made sure to avoid the things we didn't want, which made the entire search such a breeze.

This year when we were thinking about buying a home (but it wasn't urgent), Chris gave us some advice after a few showings. He told us that the housing inventory was historically low and suggested that we rent for another year unless we came across something truly exceptional. It was clear that he put our best interests first and genuinely cared about finding a home we would love.

Whenever we have questions or need anything, he always responds promptly and ensures that our questions were addressed. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and knows exactly what to look for during showings. His professionalism and expertise made the whole process way less stressful.

Christopher was the realtor who rented us our apartment on the East Side. He made it such a pleasant experience and was so professional we used him to buy a condo on the East Side two years later. He knows the area incredibly well, literally block by block. Very seasoned and experienced, pointing out defects and needed repairs on the walk through expanding our vision of what we where looking at. We found the condo we wanted, Christopher gave us a number that would get it without overpaying and it was a done deal. The market was on fire at the time, people paying cash. His precision made all the difference, I highly recommend using him and Residential Properties.

Chris helped me find the perfect place 5 years ago. Not in the neighborhood I thought I wanted, not the type of building I thought I was looking for, but a place that is 1000 times better than what I would have had if I got what I thought I needed.

And then, he’s been there when I needed advice or help along the way. My front door came off the hinges once and he and his son came out immediately to help get it secured until I could get it repaired by an amazing company he recommended.
