6Rude staff. All about the money. They don't have the right paperwork and say they can't get in touch with Dr's office. Then call you to cancel as you are on your way to appt! It took 3 weeks and the day of the appt to find out they didn't have the paperwork they need. Done with this place!
Hardest place to make an appointment! Hardest place to talk to a person! Runaround after runaround!
The hours are wrong on their own. Website. Says x-ray begins at 8: 00 a.m. And when I showed up in the lobby they told me it's 8: 30 a.m. They claim they have no control over their own website to change that which we all know is not true.
Even making appointment is kind of very hard, poor scheduling system. Very disappointed
I would love to leave feedback but I’ve been calling for over a week now and they don’t answer the phone, Today I finally got thru to a person who said someone would be with me and she was putting me on a direct line and I’ve been on hold for an hour now, So unacceptable
Find a different office. Absolute Circus and literally can save $300+ just by going to a different facility.
