Awesome Staff!

Since 2003 I've gotten 7 different scans. Each of these scans I've seen such polite staff. From the check in, to the people who do the exam, even the staff that do the screening over the phone are great. TY Rhode Island Imaging in East Greenwich, 1351 South County Trail Suite #105.

One star only because ZERO was not an option! These folks do not care, plain and simple. Please AVOID at all costs!

I would like to mention Dr. Linda Donegan and technicians, Michaela and Hanna, who assisted in my procedure on Monday.
Their professionalism and the ability to explain every detail calmly and thoroughly is so greatly appreciated. Their sensitivity made everything go smooth and calmed me down. Thank you so much!

I had to have an MRI of my knee. I am an elderly, disabled, overweight man who is near deaf. I was treated with the utmost respect by the two tecnicians, Michelle and Lilit. They are both very kind and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing imaging. Again thank you Michelle and Lilith.

I've been here before and never had a bad experience. However.i literally just called to schedule an appointment TWICE and someone was snoring on the other line!

Awful customer service and the billing department doesn’t seem to know what’s going on - Come here if you want to be charged double what you’re quoted and then management will tell you “there’s nothing we can do”. Save your time and go to Open MRI instead.
