Rising Sun Mills Apartments

This was the best apartment I’ve rented. New management is super attentive. And the location is close to lots of good restaurants. Stayed here 11 years!

Quiet and clean. The gym was a bit small with some broken equipment and the appliances were dated but overall for the price and location 8/10.

Great location and well kept property. Since the new management took over it has been a lot cleaner and the maintenance crew is excellent.

I would discourage anyone from signing a lease here. The older propert management company Armoury was pretty good. The new company “Trinity” is sub par at best. 24/7 maintenance? Do not expect that, the heat broke down on the coldest day of winter and the response I got was “ maybe someone can come out to look at it”. The office staff is rude and innatentive. There is only one phone number you can call and it is merely a service center that does not help you. I regret leaving a poor review but it seems the company that manages this once great property wants to run it into the ground. I would give 0 starts if I could.

Parking lots are full of rats. Main building entrance is smelly. I won't even apply to live there

There’s a man who’s banned from the property who harassed my neighbor and RSM has done nothing to keep him out, they say he’s bAnned but he shows back up regularly

Doing a great job keeping the place clean very quiet been here 16 years continue the good work
