Ryan was once a stranger and now I am happy to call him a trusted friend!

I met Ryan two years ago when I was 30, buying my first home by myself. I was the first in my family to buy a home and I had scraped together the funds independently, so when the time came, I really needed to work with someone I could trust. Ryan made the purchase as painless as buying a house can be.

A few months after purchasing my home, my friend Mike was struggling to close on a house - I swore by Ryan’s ability. Come to find out, the two had gone to school together but Mike didn’t know about Ryan’s success in real estate. Ryan closed Mike’s house in record time!

Fast forward, Ryan just sold my first home and helped me close on my current home. This past purchase was super scary because I was six months pregnant getting ready to raise my daughter as a single mother. Again, Ryan went above and beyond! From business to having a network of people to refer you to - Ryan’s the man!

Ryan was about as friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and informative as I could’ve ever hoped for! I would recommend him to anyone!

He seemed only out to make a sale. We lost a half a percent on the mortgage rate because he didn't lock it in when we told him multiple times. Claims he sent it to wrong email address. Condo has been nothing but headaches. HOA is HORRIBLE. The whole deal stinks to high heaven. Appearently there are fees previous owner didn't pay. Will never use again!

Ryan helped my wife and I buy a property in Bristol so we can visit our daughter. It was a challenge buying from across the country, but Ryan made it easy for us. He coordinated inspections and sent videos to keep us up to speed on everything. The property closed sale on time with no complications. We couldn't be more grateful for Ryan's help and support on this purchase.
