I was concerned when our original shop at the location closed and Sampson's took over, but my concern was quickly alleviated. Sampson's has been professional, on time, priced reasonably, etc.

I've had one time where something was just not 100% right after a repair and Sampson's made it right with no questions. Always excellent customer service.

This will be my new repair shop. I'm new to area and happy my daughter's car got towed here. Joe has been the most awesome guy to deal with, he'll have my business

The staff at Sampsons is amazing. They're fast and care about their customers. I've had routine maintenance done and had a serpentine belt replaced by them and they got my car back immediately. I'll be taking my car back to them again.

Custom designed exhaust work was WELL beyond what I expected. First let me say Brett (owner) did right by me (monetarily). Because i was a typical customer and did not communicate very well, I did not manage my expectations very well either. That said, I got much more than I knew what I was asking for! I am certainly NOT complaining! The work was stellar! Devin's skill is spectacular. Brett said he was good, but that doesn't do his work justice. That is like saying Tom Brady is adequate or satisfactory and should be retained at his current rate. Lol! This dude is an artist! Thanks Devin! Very impressive!

If you want TOP quality work at place that doesn't know how to fail at what they do. Take your work to Brett at Sampson Automotive LLC. He and his team will do it right the first, with the best parts available or with the parts "demanded by the customer " (see what I did there, Brett). Do yourself a favor and not bother with other shops. They are just going to under perform as compared to Brett and his team.

Joe at Sampson auto repair is amazing! I brought my 11 year old Ford Focus to him after the dealer told me it was going to cost me 2000.00 dollars to replace the AC unit. In desperation I brought it to Joe who took a look at it diagnosed it in one hour and had me out of there and on the road in one day, and get this, the cost of repair was 200.00 dollars! Don’t go anywhere else. Fair, honest, and efficient! I can’t believe I found the best in the business!

While vacationing from out of state my truck had a catastrophic wheel bearing failure. Being Saturday afternoon and all vehicle rental agencies being closed and visiting Rhode Island I would be stuck without a vehicle at least the following Monday at best. I brought the vehicle up to Brett on a Saturday afternoon at 2: 30, and he had the vehicle done 3 hours later which is phenomenal turnaround time. Having a handicap traveler with me and neading a handicap accessible vehicle I can't thank him enough for the quick turnaround time. He changed what would have been a tough day into a good one.

I've been going to Sampson's Auto for almost a year now to tune my car. They are as professional as you could possibly get. I generally get in touch with Joe, but they assisted with everything from APR installations to exhaust work. The guys there are extremely friendly, honest, and overall great to communicate with. I will continue to use them for everything automotive.

Very professional and helpful. They make sure to check all the fine details of your vehicle and were an overall pleasure to work with. On top of the great service, they also accept third party insurances which is very helpful for those who are traveling from out of state.
