5I paid off my home equity line of credit. The main office in Boston recorded the street name as St, but it is Ave. I wanted my address recorded correctly so I do not have title issues later, due to the discrepancy. Trobel understood my point. He did not minimize my concern for accuracy and he is helping me resolve the matter. Trobel is excellent.
Every Time I Go For Me Or For My 83 Years Old Dad, The Service Is Excellent, The Employees Are Very Professional And Excellent Human Skills With Good Touch Of Empathy To The Customer. Good Knowledge Of All The Services. The Only Things I Noticed Are No Good Is That The Cleaning Crew Do Not Do Their Job Correctly, The Floors Are Dirty, The Frames And Door Glass Are Dirty, Some Of The Wall's Have Dirty Spot The Frame Under The Sanitizer Station Front Door Inside Under Have Fungus, Under The Rug Main Entrance The Floor Look With Not Maintenance At All, Recommendation For The Cleaning Crew Use White Vinegar For The Floor And Everything You Need To Clean With The Exemption Of The Rug. I Was A Operation Director Of Housekeeping And Maintenance For 28 Years, Now Retired, So My Eyes Everywhere I Go Looks To See How Is The Cleaning. Maybe With The Pandemic They Running Short Of Man Power, But Really With 3 Or 2 People Is Enough To Clean That Facilities In Smith Street Providence RI.
No sense of accurate information. Spoke to Christine, a representative at this branch. Was given the wrong information regarding a deposited check. I’ve been waiting for 5 days for my check to deposit. Now I’m told I have to wait another 5 days for it to clear. Christine and Kathy said they would transfer me to customer service to assist instead put me on hold to later hang up on me. Very unprofessional and unethical practice. Due to unpleasant and low graded service. I will to switch to another Banking company. Santander is not an ideal bank. Please be cautious with them. Especially the malicious workers Christine and Kathy. They deceive and gives out incorrect information. Please reframe from from doing business with this branch.
I have been giving the round around from different bank and online customer service and have been given no real answer about a check that's been on hold for Months and their the bank account hold nor the person who made the check can do anything about. How is this possible!
Every time I go to the banking center on Smith Street in Providence, the staff are less than accommodating. They’re often rude, and I cannot complete my business. Today, I was told to wait for a manager, and, a moment later, another woman walked up, poised to speak to me. The first employee spoke from behind her, and she turned in the direction of the voice, looked back at me, shrugged, gave a chuckle, and walked away. I had gone there to open a bank account for my teenage daughter, so I cannot understand why they had such disgusting dispositions. I’ll look for another bank that doesn’t disrespect its clientele.
