I had a great arborist consultation with Ashley from SavATree. She showed up right on time, was super knowledgeable, and answered all my questions about the health of my Silver Maple, how to care for it, and what to keep an eye on.

The online appointment scheduling was a major plus as well, I simply chose a time, received a confirmation, and the appointment went off without a hitch. Can definitely recommend this arborist service if you need any trees looked at!

3 years later and we still talk about how bad of job Kaiser did. They charge top dollar but they are definitely not worth it anymore. My favorite part was when a tree they planted died, after they dragged their heels for months on the refund they suddenly remembered some work they forgot to bill for and only refunded part of the cost.

They never show up or email you of planned visits for spraying. Not sure why this year but I'm tired of calling

Horrible customer service. I called and emailed them several times because I had a prepaid contract with them to take care of my yard and they never showed up. I called and emailed them several times to come do the work that I had already paid them to do (thousands of dollars) and they never returned one of my emails or phone calls over a 5 month period.they are completely irresponsible and unreliable, not to mention crooks because they never did the services I had already paid for up front.they were happy to take my money just not happy to do any of the work they were supposed to do. I have also heard from people who actually work for them that they are unresponsive to their employees as well and are quite a difficult company to work for.if you are looking for actual work and accountability they are NOT who you want.

The arborist was clear, concise and knowledgeable. The crew did a superb job trimming and pruning my almost 100 year old London Plane. I will most definitely use them again when the need arises.

Kaiser is great! Jack is extremely knowledgeable and always puts saving the tree first. We had a tree that other companies told us would fall down in a matter of days, and Jack said that it didn't need to come down, and a year later it is still standing and going strong!

They removed a 35-40 ft tree with minimal difficulty in a very small back yard. They were on time, clean and efficient. Came back a few days later to grind the stump with the same efficiency and cleaniness. So glad to have hired this team of professionals!

SavATree (formerly Kaiser Tree) sent out arborist Jack Craig to look at three ailing mature blue spruce trees at our condo association. He was very knowledgeable, professional and honest in his assessment of what it would take to stem the decline of their disease. Highly recommend Jack!

Have been a customer/client for maybe a decade. We were a little nervous when Kaiser joined (? Got bought by? Franchised with?) SavATree, but it looks like we needn't have worried. During Tropical Storm Henri, one of our oaks fell on the neighbor's garage and another looked like it was about to join it any time. Left messages that Sunday evening for both Kaiser/SavATree and another local company. Kaiser's office called back early Monday and one of the principals (Ames) actually called too while the office was still on the phone and was here in person within about an hour. The second tree had fallen overnight, so it wasn't quite as urgent as it had been, but their crew arrived bright and early Tuesday. I think they were done before we even got a call back from the other company. Over the years, Kaiser have been conscientious - one year Herb said there really wasn't any preventive maintenance to do - and helpful with things like shredding our brush pile and shifting a swing hung from an oak limb so the ropes wouldn't girdle the branch. Seems like that experience is on track to continue.

From the moment I called and a very pleasant woman answered the phone to the delivery of firewood, it was excellent. Very personable and kind and the quality of the seasoned wood was perfect. Job well done.
