Too many people working the self check for me to not be greeted.

When I first walked in. I approached an associate to ask about the process for an exchange and they looked bothered. They told me to hold on to my things, shop, and bring it up after I'm ready to check out.

I wanted to make an exchange and went up to the 2 regular registers where 3 associates gathered and chatted. They Looked at me and continued to ignore me. As I approached further and put My things on the counter, I asked if I would be helped here to make an exchange, or if I had go to self check out.

I got sent to self check out. I had to flash my light for someone to stop talking and come help me. They should have anticipated that I would need help as I already approached them.

I just saw you featured on Good Morning America for ugly sweaters and ties for the holidays. That's awesome.

otherwise, it’s a great location. Open late. Usually good stuff (but it’s always random at second hand places.) Clean. Next to a bus stop.
Plenty of self checkouts and pretty helpful staff I just think it’s super important to try stuff on. I wasn’t able to get any pants here (what i came for) because I couldn’t try them on.

I stop by here weekly hoping to find a bargain. They are rare.
Buyer beware: many items are broken or otherwise not functioning.
Relatively high prices compared to Providence and Warwick locations. Finding staff for assistance is both elusive and challenging.
I went recently and had to wait several minutes for staff to open a locked cabinet so that I could see two Blink cameras. I attempted to look up the prices online to see what they were going for. The lady behind the counter sat down yet seemed both annoyed and upset at me for looking up the price. After I checked Amazon, eBay, and Google, she got fed up and put the two cameras back in the cabinet and locked it.
Keep in mind this is a thrift store with no return policy. In other words, if I over pay on an item and later discover it doesn't work, I can't return it. Because of that risk, I prefer to pay less than ebay (ebay has a money -back guarantee).
In any event, I don't appreciate being treated like a nuisance when I'm a loyal paying customer.
Shame on Saver's.

It's been awhile since I've been here, they have certainly jacked up prices, no fitting rooms, have only self check out and no bags! Not cool

This is a favorite stop of mine. Great treasures to be found depending on what you are looking for. A little too warm in there today.

One of my favorite second hand store, love the diversity of merchandise sold. Customer service was n always the best. Came back because like the store.

This is one of my favorite Thrift stores. It's very rare that I leave without something. But I must note that prices have increased through all the stores.
They have many movies and a nice selection in the kitchen and household departments
If you have not been there definitely worth the visit

Went to the store today 8/25 ask the first person I saw what color was the 50%, she answered in a harsh tone “blue! ” as she cont to walk to handle the carriages (she later identified herself as “the manager” - short hair shaved on the sides - Leslie if that’s even her name) I started my shopping around the color, as I browse through some of the isles I came another and I ask again to ensure I picked the correct items she said “purple” I ask you sure bc someone told me blue and I just want to make sure I get the correct color. Started to put blue tags away and selected mostly purple and some summer stuff that was supposed to be 40 % off…. To ensure I didn’t go over budget I asked a 3rd person (bright colorful hair) what was the correct color and she reply purple. I cont my shopping and spent about 2 hours selecting carefully what I specifically needed and was looking for, got to register which is now is self checkout and I asked to see if someone could help me with process since I had a car full of stuff, Leslie aka girl with short hair/so called manager responded “fine I’ll show u in the beginning”, so I started putting my things on the counter and said most of my stuff are 50% off bc they are the purple tag, she started saying no it’s not it’s blue! I explained I had asked 2 other employees that had given me the same Purple color for the 50% off, that’s when she said she was in charge and was the manager and they were wrong, she was rude and when I got one of the girls that had confirmed the purple color which was reported to her by the previous manager, well LESLIE (she refused to give me her name but someone else did even though not sure is even accurate) didn’t want to hear it, suggested to call the other manager as I had spent 2 hours selecting each piece based on the info 2 people had provided, she could care less, she was rude, all the other costumers were looking bc she was acting like I was somehow “stealing from her or the company”, mind you SAVERS are based on donations, and after this I WILL NEVER DONATE or buy at this store again! People like this should not be non charge of anything especially anything to do with people or costumer service, nothing like making the idea of used clothing/second hand/poor etc even more degrading and unappealing … I left everything behind and they lost about > $100 in sales, hope corporate reads these reviews so they can make some changes!

Nice and roomy, clean and lots of merchandise! I had to get a cart! I wish I had more time to browse. The staff were friendly and helpful. They ran out of bags, and I forgot to bring mine, so it’s always good to have a reusable bag or tote to come in handy. They had a bunch of ties for boys, a great find, and great priced, too.

They have their people. That they save for their especial customers.they bring them coffee and donuts.and they get espacial treatment. UNFAIR. UNFAIR.

Expensive, can't try clothes on and can't be consistent on pricing. The surveys are jokes. I tried exchanging couple things with the receipt within 7 days, but 2 of the items the manager said no because the price tag looked tampered with.lol so if you purchased an item with a messed up tag or if you tried on the item at home since you can't in store and accidentally damaged the tag you are SOL. So an unwritten rule is to notify an employee before purchase so they can put it on receipt as "issue with tag".
Well durrrr! If I knew that I would have said something at the time (I mean come the hell on, i see messed up tags ALOT), maybe if they had changing rooms or didn't put out clothing with rips/stains I wouldn't have to do an exchange.
Now excuse me while I go "tamper" with some price tags, cuz ya know I do that in my spare time.

een to but I was still able to spend $120 decent selection of clothes and I found a great pair of shoes. Stores clean please helpful parking was more of a challenge than normal as it's in a strip mall with other businesses

Great store and always find something I need at a ridiculous low price! Lately have discovered the book section. Purchased 3 so far. Cooking, baking and food prep.

Did they change the name to spenders!? ! Do yourself a favor an just go to Marshall's next door the prices are actually cheaper

My favorite place to go! I always find the best clothes here for the best prices! The cozy sweater I’m wearing at this very moment is from this store! It even supplied me with a brand new mug for tears and tea! The staff is so kind and one time complimented me on my outfit and evil eye necklace! Highly recommend!
