27I was sad to see you no longer offer free vacuums. I would go out of my way to fill my tank, buy a wash and loved the free vacuum perk. Now I won’t be going down busy Rt2 just to fill my tank.
I'd never been, and had heard that they're expensive, just kids sloshing suds around.
WRONG!
The small army of young people were courteous, thorough, charming and friendly. I'm an old lady, but wasn't patronized. They were nice, directed the process, and you can sit and watch the thing being done!
I was truly impressed!
As a matter of fact, I sent two large pizzas as a thank you, and left a tip in the jar!
It cost just under $40 to get my tiny car interior completely cleaned and disinfected!
I'll be back, for sure!
I will never use this place again. Paid for the interior plus. That says they do the mats carpets and seats. Aside from the dust being wiped off of the dash and doors the van looks the same as it did after I vacuumed it myself yesterday. Very disappointed and not work the money.
I am a new customer and I love ScrubaDub Car Wash the staff were absolutely wonderful helpful and I appreciated the the advise of going thru the car wash til all the sap was off my car. They sprayed it each and every time I went thru which was 5 times.they were Awesome and I plan on staying. You guys rock.
They did a great job.just make sure you check your car before you leave. They restored my headlights also came out wonderful. To restore headlights only costs $20.00.
So as I go driving through for a car wash and of course I’m pressured to buy the monthly unlimited plan. I said no but the guy was persistent trying to convince me it will save me money and even if I change my mind I can cancel before one month. So I purchased this on June 15 so therefore I should have had until July 15th. So I go to cancel on their website and it says I need to cancel a week before the the month is up, which wasn’t mentioned and also that you have to pay two months minimum before you can cancel. Of course this was never mentioned and when I brought it up to the girl on the phone it was ohh I’m sure it was a miscommunication! There was no miscommunication, the owner lied to me to get me to sign up for it! I know what he told me and he failed to mention this. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. So next time a customer says no leave it at that and stop trying to lie to customers to put more money in your pocket. I’ll never go back again. They lost my business!
I come here daily and every employee I encounter is pleasant, greets me and smiles. Keeps the car wash line moving quickly, some days the place is mobbed and still I never wait long at all. I've used the detail part of the shop as well and my cars come out great. Today I went there and tipped one of the workers and he thanks me and quickly gave me hand sanitizer. All around great place! If you have a black car, don't use their system. It will damage your paint on your car. Hundreds of clear coat, "keyed" like scratches everywhere. Paint is ruined.
I have had good experiences with Scrub A Dub. They have washed and detailed many personal and business vehicles for me. They are quick, professional, and give a great price for the work they do.
The customer service is terrible. I have tried for 3 months now to cancel the unlimited membership and have gotten nothing but the run around. Every month I get charged for a service I don’t use anymore. Trying to call corporate for a refund is like pulling teeth. Either they don’t answer or when you ask for the refund they hang up.
Had the Custom Interior detailing done on my 2008 Hyundai given to my daughter from my father who was a heavy smoker. The carpets and seats came out amazing! I would highly recommend this service.
Terrible experience. Too bad there isnt an option for “0” star. I went for interior plus detailing for $35 and when I got home I see that the seats were all as dirty as I left them. The back of the seats werent even touched, they has light sand marks on them. It was just a matter of wiping the seats and the back with a damp cloth (which I did when I got home n the spots came right off.but that defeats the purpose for paying someone $35 to do it). Maybe they staff was lazy or just dont care. I see there are several reviews of 1/2 stars and one would think the managers/owners would care enough to try and fix the problem.
I called and asked for the manager and Bobby was “very busy” but relayed a messgae to come by. Surely never coming back. Too bad coz we have 2 luxury vehicles and would totally have used their services if there were actualy good.
Paid for ultimate wash + new car got scratched during wash and they told me I had to vacuume it myself and wipe it down myself. When it says it's in the package. Called back to see what the package was and they told me what i expected but it wasnt the service I got. So i paid extra for a regular wash. Never going back again!
Went to go get my interior cleaned they refused to take me because they close at 1pm on Sundays. It was 1: 04pm and the doors were still open. The guy laughed, waved his hand and closed the garage door. Good customer service!
Their vacuumes never have any suction. Also the soap at the car wash is low quality I'm gonna start washing my car at home by hand. I'm not buying another membership.
This is the 2nd Time in two weeks I came to get a car wash during business hours and they had a sign saying it was closed. I spoke to the clerk outside and he said it's been an ongoing computer error. I asked to speak to mgr but he was busy. So very close to cancelling my subscription and may demand a refund for June.
Free vacuums but not as good as other ones. Small vacuum heads that are circular so can't get in hard to reach places. Put $1 + in machine for wipes and machine kept taking my money, worker realized and returned with some from inside. Free vacuums but not many as well, about 8 in total and sometime vehicles take up two vacuums leaving you to wait a while. Cashier inside was friendly, variety of snacks and Dr inks too
This was my first car wash in RI and it was great. Queue was too long, I had to wait for 30 mins for a car wash. I missed the last timing of interior cleaning due to queue. But good thing was they offer free vacuum and cleaning towels. So me and my wife, cleaned the car little bit from inside on our own instead of coming again and standing in queue next day.
Most of the time my car comes out pretty good but there's been times where Scrub-A-Dub has missed some spots
They are wonderful. Always a job well done, fast, courteous, and ready to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. We have a monthly subscription, an even greater value.
