Cozy rental, located close to the beach, amenities could use an upgrade

Worst I've ever been to tried to charge my card twice said I was smoking in my room when I have three kids by myself just totally uncalled for looking for any reason to charge extra money I will never go here again horrible experience

I was very happy with the unit we had, It was more than enough room, full size fridge and Kitchen area. Very clean when we arrived and the back yard was very well maintained to where we had sat outside enjoying our time on vacation. Deb and Tom are very pleasant people and I will be going back again next month to enjoy Fallfest and my stay at Sea Spray. Thank you Deb and Tom.

Staff is very nice the apartment was very well kept would stay there again

Scam they tell you that you can cancel n if they rent it out they won't charge then I call and ask to use the room if not rented they say it is then charge me and never answer the phone after I call several times to speak to someone

The people are great specially Jeff at the front desk. But the house i rented was a nightmare. I won't recommend renting this houses.
