My first time there. It was amazing, very educational.
The Chapel in the Pines was very special. It is being renovated.

My military reunion group came Friday, May 5th, the first day open for the season. What a display of memorabilia. One of the true highlights of my stay in Rhode Island. You made this old destroyer sailor proud! The retired warrant officer in charge was a perfect host for our group, well done

I recently visited the Seabees Museum in Rhode Island and was blown away by the incredible collection of artifacts and exhibits that showcased the history and legacy of the Seabees. What really stood out to me, however, was the personal touch that the museum staff had added to the displays, including items donated by veterans like Ronald Reinghardt - who very much loved this museum. It's clear that the museum is a labor of love for all involved, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone interested in military history or the Seabees in particular.

I am SEABEE and like all SEABEES we cherish our heritage and history as well embracing our Navy Core Values. It all started here in Davisville, RI. There is a lot of renovation happening and it is on those who raise money and volunteer. Because of that other than the grounds to walk on and museum, there isn't too much to do or see. Nonetheless, I do suggest it is worth a visit especially if you are a SEABEE!

Once a Seabee ALWAYS a Seabee.
