I gave this place another try since it's close to my work and never really busy. I use to enjoy this place now the new morning girl never makes my coffee right and it shouldn't take 15 minutes to make an egg and cheese sandwich. I went three days this past week everytime she was on her phone or took forever to greet me. I really miss the old morning girl that worked their. I guess I know now why it's never busy right

Why do I have to go inside to tell the girl to push the button? Transaction timed out twice because she was on her phone. Then she gets upset because I told her to get off phone and pushed the button. Mind you I’m standing there waiting for her to look up and away from her phone 4/27 3: 55 pm

I will never go here again. Today was my first time going here and I was ignored. I watched who I believe was the manager and a guy pull an employee out in the main store area and fire her in front of everyone. The poor girl was so upset and kept asking if it was because she was assaulted and reported it. The guy kept telling her to call hr, why the manager lady just kept shaking her head. First off I was rudely ignored by the other workers in the back and not having my order taken. How unprofessional to fire someone in front of everyone. Especially hearing she was assaulted and the guy kept saying there isn't anything he can do. Well it's 2023 and I did record enough of it, I approached her outside. Hope she gets a lawsuit.

Oh and I got an amazing cup of coffee right down the road. I suggest everyone do the same.

Threw up after eating from here. They don't have their own line had to call the main store. They said they didn't know why no apology nothing.

Update: My original review was posted a couple of weeks ago. I only checked because I was notified of a response. Only to see new reviews. I'm in pure shock and disgust. I won't be returning again, I was becoming a regular customer even with it being out of my way. Kayla I'm so sorry for what happened to you, you have my contact information. You have a job with me it would be an asset to hire you! Please call me.

I was having a really bad morning and stopped to get something to drink. I realized the cafe and went over where I was greeted immediately, by Kayla. It was refreshing to see someone genuinely care about a customer. I was having a hard time deciding I'm extremely picky and after explaining what I was looking for she suggested I try the cold brew.

She was patient and never once got annoyed at all my questions and requests. She was right the cold brew here is definitely the best cold brew around that I've ever had. Thank you Kayla for the conversation this morning it was needed more than you will ever know and like I said if you ever want to move to Connecticut I would love to hire you, you'd be a huge asset to my families company.

No complaints at all. Love all the girls that work there in the am. Including the manager. They are all super friendly and helpful. I always order something different here because I like to taste new things. And it never disappoints. Deff better than Marylous.

New pumps are not good at all, and they take a week to charge ur card.
