Shaw's, Middletown RI

I thoroughly enjoy the produce there!
It is quite fresh and arranged well. Also, I enjoy buying many great cuts of meats, too. Everyone is polite and helpful there!

For an outer stator it's a good grocery store near my hotel staff was friendly helpful pointed me and directions of items and things I needed cost was fair.

Large store with a great deli! Very cheap and quality cold cuts. Also, one of the best olive oil collections around.

I love the produce section. Everything is fresh and nicely displayed. Shaw's has a nice variety of ethnic foods and the bakery is purely sinful. The fish and meat department is fantastic.

This local grocery chain has the best employees ~ Margaret is exceptional is really good at her job. Percey is also on this list!

I'd never been to a Shaw's. Their signature select chicken was bad, really bad. Store is a bit more expensive than the other guys, but I'm from out of town, so.l

This is a pretty good grocery store. I usually do self-checkout which is fast and works well. One time I did delivery and a few items were missed. Recently I tried curbside pickup and sat in my car for a half hour after checking in before eventually having to go in and cart the groceries out. I do like the wing bar and I have had good interactions with the staff whenever I talk to them, which is rarely. Not much more to say than it's good, reliable grocery store with easy parking.

I am a person unfamiliar with "apps" & other modern smartphone features. One of the cashiers took the time to explain the Shaws (quite useful!) App to me, which allows you to electronically "clip" the various digital coupons, which often saves me a lot, typically $40/visit!

But not only that, Shaws is quick to give out "rainchecks" for any sold out weekly specials, & do so with a good attitude.

That sort of customer svc keeps me coming back.

There wasn’t a price tag on an item and they wouldn’t assist in getting anyone to get another with a price tag. Unfortunately with a toddler i would not leave the line and go back for another and check out again on a busy Sunday.

Worst customer service of a grocery store I’ve experienced. Please replace this with a Publix.

Everything was at a hands reach and stocked.and at such reasonable prices.truly a great experience
