This is the best walk-in clinic I have ever been to. The staff is amazing, the center is clean and comfortable, and the wait time is never long.

I went to the walk in yesterday and I was delighted with the practitioner, Kathryn Perez and nurse, JMB. They were amazing! So kind and great bedside manner! They were everything you would want in a physician! Thank you so much!

I want to start by saying that the express care attached to this practice is AMAZING. The woman at the front desk is always so nice and every nurse and PA at the express care has been wonderful and caring. They are super efficient and I feel like I’m in and out!

My low rating is for the primary care office. First of all, it’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. I’ve been on hold, multiple times, upwards of an hour until someone answers. If you need a referral, you will typically have to call 3 times to ensure they sent it over because it NEVER gets sent the first time you call. And the worst part of this practice is the billing. I am so tired of getting incorrect bills in the mail because the doctor can’t code things correctly. Both my husband and I received bills over $500 for routine blood work because our doctor put in for things that aren’t covered. We were essentially told “oh well, you guys figure it out. ” Thank god BCBS was sympathetic and submitted one-time waivers for us. And I just got over a $200 bill for a PHYSICAL (aka something that is 100% covered by my insurance) because once again, they billed it incorrectly. And these are only a couple of examples of multiple billing errors they continue to make.

I’ve never been to a more incompetent office and I cannot wait for our family to switch somewhere else.

Came here because I was having flu symptoms. The medical staff was great! However, the admin staff member was rude to me and other patients. Again, the medical staff was amazing! Just a long wait, but that is to be expected around the holidays. Overall, 3/5 stars.

The staff here were WONDERFUL to me from the moment I stepped foot in the door until the moment I walked out. I was treated in a half hour and was on my way to pick up meds at the pharmacy. I can't recommend them enough! They were a great group of people!

Starting to wonder if I made a mistake changing my PCP to come here because it was closer and they're open on weekends.

The medical staff seem fine. I actually know some of the MD's who joined the group and I know they're excellent. It's their admin/registration that's the issue.

After meeting my primary care for the 1st time she wanted a series of labs performed, refer me to a specialist and order diagnostic procedures (Colon screen, holter monitor). I was told "stop at the desk on your way out"

Front desk told me I didn't have to do anything because it's all electronic. I sent an email to confirm with pretty much same answer. Except "oh and you can only do your labs through South County"

I need to do a fasting lab and hours are not conducive with my work schedule, I work in healthcare and could go around the corner and have them performed.

So I finally made it in today and I almost walked out. I know the practice is new, but it seems like none of them (admin) know what they are doing. I literally witnessed the woman from registration yell at a patient because she didn't understand why other people were being registered before her when she had done so on-line. Rather than answer her question-she berated and belittled her for all of us to see. And now because the registration woman was upset she copped an attitude with everyone.

I just did my labs (lab tech was great) and left I didn't have any of my questions answered. Like how It's been almost 3 weeks and I have no referral, the diagnostic services have never been performed/requested etc.

I used up my yearly physical to establish the new PCP. I might just go back to my old primary starting January. If you have bad admin/staff it affects the whole practice.

Excellent service here the best! I was by three medical ppl in 6 minutes. Treated me and got me home with antibiotics in less than hour.

I had to come get a Covid test here today before my procedure tomorrow and everyone was so nice and so helpful. I’m not one to do many reviews but good customer service is so hard to come by lately. I appreciated how interactive and friendly and the staff were so wanted to share:)
