Staff was super nice and helpful. However, the computer check-in system tells all patients that we will get a follow up text to complete forms, which NEVER happened.
I was told that the reason is because staff is expected to send these texts at same time they are interviewing patients, which is impossible. So staff time was tied up explaining this over and over again.

The past two years I had my lab work done for my Prolia injection. Dr. D'Arcy MD gave me a written lab form which I brought along with me. Both years I had my lab work done, however when I went for my Prolia injection, the nurse said they never received any results. I called the office two days ago and I was told they sent the form electronically in March.
Today I signed in at the kiosk and waited for almost 1 hour. When my husband asked why it took so long, we were told that I did not sign in; but I most certainly did!
The receptionist finally found my insurance information and I received the lab work.
It is most upsetting at our age to be treated like that.

Hurt my foot pretty bad while on vacation, required some stitches. They were Johnny on the spot with a tetanus shot, x-rays and the eventual stitches. Couldn't recommend more. Very grateful for their work. Thank you Rebecca!

The woman at the front reception area for walk in care is nothing short of miserable. God forbid you ask a question, or start talking, she talks over you. She's unpleasant, rude, non helpful, and crass. Being in the medical field myself, its important to treat people with respect and empathy, especially when they don't feel well. Unfortunately this woman either hates her job that much or finds joy in being disrespectful to others. She is the wrong person for that position.

If I could give less I would. Check in was very rude about my insurance. I left without being seen. Go anywhere else.

Wonderful urgent care. From the check in to the nurses and doctor! Went in with bad bronchitis! Was seen quickly. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Even went above and beyond and did a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia. If you need an urgent care in Westerly go here.

Very disappointed in the exam. I went in to see if I had strep throat. The practitioner did not check my glands and did not examine my ears for an ear infection. After I left, my daughter asked about my ears and that was when I realized the practitioner didn't check them. My daughter told me to go back. When the practitioner came in (the 2nd time) she said "you want me to check your ears again " and I said "you didn't check them the first time and didn't check my glands either "I was so angry when she lied! All she had to do was apologize for not looking at them the first time. I will not go back there.
