3Gym is great but hours are horrible. Have to rush here from 9-5 job because they don’t open past 6: 30 and that’s only on weekdays. Half of the big gym with the turf is filled with punching bags but they don’t even have any gloves for you to use.
Great facility for a good gym workout or a good swim. Well planned pool usage provides multiple times for lap swim as well as water exercisers. Front desk, gym staff and life guards are helpful and professional. I needed help with something last week and found the administration and front desk staff to be OUTSTANDING!
There is now a larger space in the YMCA with a variety of popular strength training equipment, useful for all ages. I never needed to wait for a piece of equipment. I have not had this experience with other facilities in the area. I now appreciate the high ceilings and open space since we are aware of the importance of ventilation thanks to covid. Staff and members are vigilant about cleanliness of the equipment. Members wear masks and maintain physical distance at this time. What a great place!
