What a great place to buy a car! These people disprove the bad reputation associated with buying a car. The team was efficient, friendly, and made sure I knew my car inside out, despite the fact that it was past closing time for them. I would recommend Speedcraft Nissan highly to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Had regular service done for 11 miles. In and out in 45 minutes. Free car wash as well. Decent price, very good service.

People were very polite and knowledgeable.also liked the fact they washed my car after service.only thing I was not happy with was 96$ to replace a 3$ bulb.was not aware I had a 50$ deductible on top of 46$ labor, taxes and bulb.

Prompt service, good work - finished my repairs quickly and under warranty. Also did an oil change at resonable rates. Wish they had checked my tire pressure too as one was off, but that is about my only negative.

Easy to deal with, great communication, no surprises. Keep you posted on what work needs to be done BEFORE they do it. The service department is spotless! I bought my vehicle in another state, but if I bought a new vehicle, this is the place to go!

People were friendly and courteous, had oil change and tire rotation. They washed my car and didn't take very long. Price was excellent also. Will recommend to anyone.

The service department is always convenient and welcoming. I hate spending money for service, however, when I do have my car serviced, the work is done well and the car is always cleaned. Well done.

I have bought three cars from Speedcraft Nissan of West Warwick and I highly recommend them they have excellent customer service that’s why I only get my service done at Speedcraft!

I have nothing but great things to say about Speedcraft Nissan. I purchased a vehicle from Bob Flaminio towards the end of December 2017.needless to say he was wonderful to deal with and prompt throughout the entire process. He had a paint chip fixed prior to my purchasing of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the same spot starting chipping again a month later. When I contacted Bob he advised I reach out to his manager Mike Wisness to get the issue resolved. Mike not only fixed the paint chip, he even put me in a rental car for the duration of the repair. If you're looking for a car dealership that goes above and beyond for its customers and doesn't see everyone as a dollar sign like other many other dealerships, you need to visit Speedcraft Nissan. Thanks again guys

I was a little nervous even going into the dealership because of a past experience with a different dealership. I thought they would all be the same, but my lease was coming to an end and had no choice but to start the process again. Wow, what a difference.this was actually easy and pleasant. I went in, told the salesman, Omar, what I wanted to spend, and he showed me cars that I could get for what I wanted to spend. He didn't try to show me cars out of my price range which saved a lot of time and aggravation. I will definitely be back to either buy the car or lease something new though them and I will spread the good word! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

When I made my appointment for service and told them service was covered in my lease, they didn't check. Just said yes, OK. I mentioned on the phone that I had not leased the car from them. For no special reason because I thought the service coverage was good at all Nissan dealerships. When my car was finished they handed me a bill for $45. Further investigation revealed that the service was only good at the purchased dealership. I wish they would have done their due diligence when making my appointment. Very disappointed.

Traditional car dealer games alive & well at Speedcraft.

We just purchased a Nissan Rogue. As we researched & prepared for this purchase, we reviewed and communicated with all RI Nissan dealers, and a few outside RI as well. Speedcraft stood out, offering us what seemed like a pretty good deal, so we went there to check it out further. But before we did, we wanted to make sure that everything was clear, that we weren't misunderstanding anything. Weary of typical dealer trickery, my last email to one of the managers (Richard C.) before coming in, and I quote:

"Is 32,361 after ALL fees, taxes, etc? We asked that you be clear, but it's not. "

Manager reply:

"Yes, it’s inclusive of all fees and RI tax/reg. "

So we arrived at the dealership only to find that this was a complete fabrication. A lie. Not a misunderstanding, not a mistake. A straight lie. There was simply NO room for misinterpretation in our question or his answer. I brought up the email and he could not explain it. His bluff was called. And once called out on it, he tried to change tactics and sell us on how we should still buy there because Speedcraft is family owned, honest, blah, blah, blah. No thanks. They tried to play us, and they lost. I feel bad for the people who get sucked in and then aren't strong enough to walk away. This was a very clear cut case of "just get them in the door" so they could lock us down to a table and pressure/guilt us into a purchase. When it was clear that strategy wasn't going to work, he then took to insulting our vehicle purchase research & methodology. He took jabs at the fact that we were in contact with and exchanging messages with several dealerships.

Folks, do your research! Read reviews. Check inventory. Ask questions. Look at as many dealers as far out as you're willing to drive to. Don't get tricked or bullied by places like this. Push for the best deal. I can't say here what dealership we ultimately bought from, but that experience was very professional, very smooth, and we were treated with respect. There ARE some places that will treat you like an adult, unlike Speedcraft which you should AVOID AT ALL COST.

I brought my 2017 rogue in for a routine oil change. Everyone in that department was truly friendly and polite, as well as helpful. As a woman, I appreciate the professionalism and the kindness they showed towards me. And my appointment was 2 days before Christmas, when everyone is usually stressed out and in a rush. Thank you for the complimentary oil change. I drove up from Westerly so it saved me a little gas money! Thanks guys!
