Starbucks, Providence RI

Stopped here to use a gift card this AM. Barista "Josie" refused to make eye contact and rolled her eyes as she took my order. When I suggested, in a kindly manner that she smile and lighten up because it was "going to be a "beautiful day" she became visibly annoyed, continued to roll her eyes, and was SUPER condescending. I've visited Starbucks many times throughout the 20+ years I have lived in the East Side, and I've never had a problem. Josie needs to lighten up and adjust her attitude if she is going to earn a livelihood working with the general public.

Like all Starbucks branches, you find mediocre coffee here. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Although I've visited Starbucks a few times, today was my first time buying something for myself there. The staff has always been very accommodating when I ask to look at different things to ensure that I can have them, and very polite as well. My order was ready within 2 minutes, although I ended up waiting longer because the in store pickup spot confused me, but the second time they called my name I found my drink easily. Once again, it tasted great, and I was pleasantly surprised by the price being lower than I thought it would be.

The manager has an attitude very disgusting we are all customers and we are consumers none of us deserve the attitude

I was pleased with the service at this locale. The staff was cordial, and they quickly completed my order. The locale jad a good ambiance not subvered by, what I consider, weird music. There was plenty of seating inside and outside the coffeehouse.

One of my favorite Starbucks of providence and the reason is the staffing is top notch! You’ve got some lifers mixed with some newbies and the whole experience is always easy and fast. I hate the parking and it always made me go somewhere else but just park down the block or behind cvs and walk through cvs because it is worth fast and coffee done right to walk a block. The manager is amazing she always says hi and Alice is of course a wonderful morning ray of sunshine.

The staff is wonderful. It seems that this is like a stepchild branch. Twice in a month including this morning they couldn’t serve coffee. You read correctly. It seems the machine leaks. It’s like McDonalds not being able to serve hamburgers. How can this be? As an aside, the side door has been broken for weeks. Howard Schultz. Where are you?

Nice urban vibe atmosphere and spacious outdoor patio along Angell Street in heart of Wayland Square. Great place of course for coffee, tea, snacks, free WiFi and especially proximity to shops, walks, city life.

My car's battery broke down so I was late to pick up my coffee order.

The Starbucks barista was a gem of a lady and made me fresh coffee. Excellent customer service

Just came in here on Sunday. Apparently they show some attitude when you just want to put coffee in your own cups.

Few days ago I went to Starbucks with my family. 2 of them are senior citizens. I wish we could take some coffee and spent a little bit family time there. All the seats are occupied. That's good and I have no problem with it. Some people's are reading book Some of them using their laptops as if it is not a place to eat, it's a place of doing official works and a library! After few moments of waiting we understand some manner less and common sense less people might thought this is their permanent place. So we left the place! I wish you should take care about that issue.

The worst service every time I go there. I am 2 houses from this location but now I walk to the Thayer location to avoid the frustration of rude employees and incorrect orders. I'm tired of apologizing for their mistakes when they are asked to fix my order. You win guys! My thighs and exercise routine thank you!

I gave employee named Jamie an Uber ride here which I believe Starbucks paid for since she had to use a PIN number to get the ride. She was totally rude and obnoxious. I hope she speaks to and is more respectful to her actual customers then the person that was driving through the pouring rain to get her safely to work.

I love this location especially because the staff is amazing. They follow all the covid guidelines and the store itself is very clean.

Needed to get the Rhode Island Starbucks mug. This place has a small parking lot that's kinda hard to get in and out of. What I liked about this location is the cool lighting fixture, the atmosphere is very Starbucks hip and cool. This location is in an more upscale location.loved the drive in from Maine. As far as our drinks where concerned we got to iced venti caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle and extra pump of vanilla and it was perfect!
