One of the baristas here took my order and, instead of asking me what size I wanted, automatically charged me for the most expensive size. Didn't realize it until I picked up my drink.
The employees are more friendly than a year ago when I gave 1 star, but the service has been very frustrating. Been taking 25+ min every time, and sometimes you'll get your food 15 min before the coffee. Today I show up to get my coffee and they are closed, no warning and Google says they are open, but people keep showing up and having to leave with no explanation. Seems like it's more of a hassle than it's worth lately.
Worst service ever every time I go there. They have more staff than customers in the store and I still waited 25 mins for my drink. No one is helping customers but doing other things in the store. One person making drinks on the far end of the store and stacks the orders but no one brings them to the other end where the customers are. Terrible.
The people here are really nice. The food is decent.the only concern is that the coffee variries. Sometimes the coffee is awful and sometimes it is really good. Overall 4 stars.
Went in for an iced coffee. The lady working couldn’t get my simple order straight and was curt when I asked her a question. She was so rude that I asked for the manager and low and behold she was the manager. Lol. Nuff said. The world and this Starbucks has really gone to hell in an expensive coffee hand basket. Good luck here with a manager like that who needs slacker employees.
Every time I come here I am waiting for 30+ minutes. Unfortunately this will be the last time I give them a chance. Currently am 35 minutes into waiting for my coffee. My food was ready before I walked in and is now cold. Multiple people who came in after and ordered at the counter have already gotten their orders and left. It is about me and 6 other people experiencing the same thing. Please hire more staff.
Do not be trapped here they are fast to take orders but rather have social hour instead of filling the order this is the worst Starbucks I have been too. Also when your waiting for your cafe order customers and employees assume you are waiting for the bathroom cause it’s the same waiting area. 25 mins for 1 drink
My first time with a coffee that wasn't hot. Didn't taste that good. Maybe because the person rushed. Didn't have time to go back.
I’ve been coming to this location for a few years but as of lately their has really been no point in using the app and the consistency has been off. This has happened more than once at this location lately. You order a couple coffee’s online and arrive 5 minutes after the time your order is supposed to be ready and yet you still have to wait another 5 mins before you get your coffee wrongly made meanwhile their are staff standing around and then when you ask about said coffee, they just give you an attitude and assure you it’s made right before saying “I can make it again” yea thanks but no thanks. I went to the location down the street and no problem there.
The workers like to stand around when it’s busy and people are waiting for there coffees, never mind if you order ahead be expected to wait 10 minutes this store definitely need there management to get a lot stricter about there “team” being on top of getting orders out at a reasonable time
My wife ordered a box of coffee an hour before I went to pick it up. The woman who took her order said it would be ready at 5: 30. This was a half hour before close and when I got there the three workers seemed more interested in cleaning up than assisting myself or the other customer that was there. When I was waited on, the man who waited on me, said they don't take orders over the phone and they had to make order from scratch. Ten minutes later the box was leaking, so they had to make again, which I really appreciated. The man that waited on me handled the situation well, otherwise 1 star for service.
