120,000 mile maintenance was performed without any surprises or problems. Service was exceptional from check-in through workmanship to checkout. Cost was better than expected and the shop provided a temporary vehicle overnight and free of charge. Upon completion, vehicle was cleaned inside and out by shop personnel. Excellent experience!

My experience with Steingold Volvo was renewing my On Call subscription. Because, I made an error when completing the form, I contacted them on a Sunday afternoon and, to my amazement I got an almost immediate response from Michael, the director of marketing.
He was most helpful and took care to correct my mistake. How incredible to have someone respond so quickly, especially on a Sunday afternoon, and to resolve the problem. I live a distance from this dealership and will consider this dealership when purchasing my next car. Again, I am not a regular customer and I was treated so well, I would rate Steingold 110%. Thank you Michael

This is the second car I have bought from Steingold Volvo and I could not be more impressed with the service there. Their patience with me was so appreciate to make sure that I was in the right car for me. Everything from their owners, to the sales people, to the repair people are top notch professionals. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Stephen worked late on a Friday to make sure that everything worked smoothly on the day of pick up. Entire in person transaction took about 30 minutes. No pressure to purchase vehicle, they work with you to make sure you get the car you want. Extremely happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone.

I wanted to share an update as an owner of CPO S90 2018 which was 5 years / unlimited miles, I just saw the recent updates that you can only extend from your original selling dealer, this generated two Major issues.

1- I bought the car online from different far State. (I can't Go to them in person).

2- I had pleasant experience with them so they did try to help but the dealer owner push only 3rd party warranty and does not sell any CPO Extension.

I have tried to reach to dealers in my state (Washinton & Oregon) they all had 3rd party warranty and all of them were extremely expensive, cheapest was 3500 for 24 k miles extra / 2 more years.

This is where Michael Bernardo shines @SteingoldVolvoCars.he was solution oriented. After sharing with him the original selling dealer does not sell extensions, he was able to get an exception from Volvo and extended the CPO warranty to 10 years / 100 k miles.

By Far in any type of calculation the CPO Price for extensions is most cost effective and most secure choice for peace of mind Was Michael.after choosing the coverage I want and made a payment, within 12 hours he got the extension signed and sent.for anyone in the same position or live in same zone (Portland Oregon / Vancouver Washinton).

Make sure you reach to Michael Bernardo and share if your original dealer does not extend / sell CPO extensions

and see what your choices is I can guarantee that he would be the most trustful / most cost effective for your Volvo

needs.

Great service department / dealership to work with! We recently had the worst sound coming from our car and Sue got me in there same day for a tech to listen and do a quick check, even with a jam packed schedule…sure enough it was supercharger issue and car was not able to be driven. Sue, Richard and Tony explained to us that it’s a an extensive repair and the car could be there for a couple of weeks due to back orders etc - they got us back in our car so much quicker than we expected in 1 week!
We appreciate the professionalism and care from all of you…from sales to service to collision (yep we’ve needed that too)

Mike Bernado is nothing short of a super star. I wish everyone would be such a great customer advocate and serve with such enthusiasm. I have been going through a horrible string of events after purchasing from Beyer Volvo of Falls Church VA, dealership that is just pure HORRIBLE, and Mike went out of his way to ensure I was treated right sold me the warranty I asked for. Thank you sir, thank you! Please take all your business to this team. I live in TX but will be shopping for my next Volvo in RI, trust me.

Bought an extended warranty through Michael; highly satisfied with the process, and he was very helpful in getting me the product that I wanted when the original dealer I'd purchased my CPO through wasn't willing to facilitate the extended warranty.

I took my Volvo XC90 in for service and I could not have been more pleased with the way that I was treated. Although they are busy and it takes time to get service scheduled, it is worth the wait if you can. They were courteous, got the job done right the first time, and even washed and vacuumed the car! I highly recommend them for any service needs.

What a breath of fresh air this dealership has been. My partner and I dread car shopping so much, we don't do it more than every 12 years or so.

When our Volvo shopping led us to Steingold, we were at once impressed with its smallness and family-run feel. There's no attempt here to wow us with grandiose atria, water features, and styrofoam/stucco exteriors. In fact there's a very out-of-place yet somehow sexy and inviting lounge in dark woods and mismatched furniture, where the Starbuck's machine actually pumps out a pretty good cup!

We were interested in seeing the S60 sedan and were approached by Brian, confident yet laconic, who skipped right to "Wanna drive one? " We did, and we loved it. Quite without his prompting, we upgraded our expectations to the plug-in Recharge hybrid with the Ultimate trim package. It's on order, and we're on pins and needles for delivery.

Brian, Steve, Mike, Lesley are lovely people, as I'm sure the rest of the team are. It's obviously a great place to work.

We recommend Steingold absolutely without reservation.

Extremely upsetting visit at Steingold. There wasn’t a professional resolution. I visited twice at this location. On January, I went in for an oil change and also had a check engine light. At the time of service, It was explained to me that it was a specific part that needed to be changed in order to remedy the check engine light, and it would cost around $600. I explained to Susan, that I have a warranty on the car and it should be covered. She said “okay call me back with your warranty information”, “Ill call them and make sure the part is covered”. I left the dealership and called her back with the information. A week went by and I never heard anything back from her or any staff from the dealership. I called again and she was unable to answer the phone, so i left a message with an associate. Another week went by, I decided to call again, twice that week, and never heard back, yet again. At this point, the check engine light went away. A couple months gone by and the check engine light is on constantly. I attempted to book an appointment however they were booking appointments for two months out. At this point, I was due for a oil change, again. This puts us at August 8/22/23 appointment at 10am. About 1 hour later the service representative advised me that the check engine light is caused by a engine leak. They will fix it as part is on site. At this point Im wiling to pay out of pocket. Since of the delay from January. (Thinking its the same service code from before) service was completed by 1: 30pm, about 3 hours later. Representative states that they drove the vehicle around and the check engine light is now off and requested I visit the cashier and paid $652.00. I left the dealership around 5pm as I was driving home the engine light came back on. I immediately called the dealership and explained the issue wasn’t resolved. Associate stated the service was closed and someone will call me in the morning. Susan (the manager) calls me on 8/22/23 and states to bring the car back to the dealership. I walk in around 1: 30pm and by 2pm Susan states “I went back to the history and its the code from January that is causing the engine light, We can fix it however we need more time do you need a loaner car? ” I took the loaner car, I explained that I need the car by Friday please. I get a call on 8/24/23 around 3: 34pm that the car is ready and I can come pick up the car. I rushed from work and headed to pick up the car. Walked in and Susan stated keys are at the cashier. I walked up to the cashier and he stated “ its going to be $252”. I explained that I was unsure why I’m being charged. He stated “speak to the manager”. I went back over to Susan and stated to her that I was unsure why Im being charged when the issue should’ve been resolved. She pulls out the invoice from January and stated that she explained all the codes from January needs to be resolved in order to remove engine light. (which was never stated) I asked her how many codes she pointed out on the list from January and said all of these. I expressed why didn’t anyone mention this two days ago or in January I expressed i also called you three times in January and still waiting for a phone call. Now only after complaining about the bill and about to leave you are telling me its going to be more work and cost more. The best way to handle this would’ve been to explain all the issues needed to be fixed and the total amount. I Dont have time to keep coming into the dealership again and again. Also its 2 months out to book an appointment. Susan then stated she doesn’t have time to hear my complaint that she would take care of the bill and I can could go. Absolutely missing the issue even when i was walking out instead of directing to the cashier to leave it would have been great to have a Clear explanation of what needs to be done to resolve the issue. I will no longer be visiting Steingold not only have you lost my trust but I’m absolutely disappointed and disgusted by your managers service.
