The rental process was very easy. The unit was clean and ready. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Mary is awesome. She is caring and understanding. I have been there for about 5 years now. Just moved in to a second unit. Update, Mary retired will miss her dearly. Since then John has taken over. He has been doing a great job. This location does a good job finding good store managers.

John at SROA was great and polite with his customer service and with helping me thank you again!

What great deals they have super spacious and very well maintained. Our storage handler John has amazing customer service and attended to our every need. The lady who works there Mary is an awesome employee and this review has nothing to do with her but the company that took this place over is extremely greedy! They raise the monthly bill constantly. When it was cubesmart my bill was 130 for 2 years now its 240. Ever since rentals of America bought it my bill keeps going up and up and up again. Now i built a shed in my yard that will pay for its self in no time. The pricing is not competitive with other places in the area everyone else is cheaper. By the way my 10x10 unit is only 9x8.5ft I measured it. Didn't care when it was cubesmart but now that they keep raising my bill every month I don't mind exposing them. The 10x10 units are not 10x10 measure it and you'll see!
