9 Got these coupons in the mail a couple of days ago, still valid. Went to this subway since it's super close to me. I presented the coupon as I asked if I could use it, the lady in the front goes off and whispers to the other ab of about it and tells her to call someone. She then comes back, doesn't say a word about it and just asks us what do we want. After me and the other person give our orders she then proceeds to cash us out, mind you, it was a buy 2 footlongs get a 3rd free, she was never willing to make us the 3rd sub, she just cashed us out and completely ignored us. What good are these coupons if the employees' horrible service and poor consideration make them null.
Why do people even work in customer service if they hate dealing with people? She could've just said that the coupon wasn't acceptable in that store instead of flat out ignoring us and giving us the dirtiest of looks.
Forget this place!
The Sandwich was fine but they were a little light on the ingredients. It was a much thinner Subway sandwich than what I'm used to. I don't know if this is the policy of the location or if it's just the particular person that was making my sandwich. It was about 3/4 as thick as it should have been.
Yet again depends on who's working lve noticed they tend to hide in the back looking like they're busy! When there's 10 people waiting! I've actually asked a young lady to cut my muffin in 1/2 top then bottom When l returned to my car l realized she'd thrown the top away When l asked her why she said l thought that's how you wanted it Lord Help Us.most of the younger generation can't count change back without the help from the registrar
Absolutely horrible service, asked them to make a tuna melt, standard menu item. They didn't know how to make it, put wrong ingredients in it, prepared it wrong, and charged me the wrong price. Workers need to be trained properly so they know how to make menu items. My first and last time here, place is a joke.
Two women were working when I went in. The older of the two is fast & no nonsense while also being extremely friendly. The younger one looked miserable & started to make my order then never asked if I wanted anything else. I stood there awkwardly while she started helping people behind me? The older woman quickly realized & helped me. She was great. The younger one needs a different job I think. No real complaints about the food or cleanliness. Though I will say there was a guy in there ahead of me who was a total jackass & extremely rude to the workers. Listen, if you've never worked in retail or food service? Do everyone who does work in those fields a favor & be polite or go home & make your own food!
Good service, friendly staff.steak sandwich was ice cold. I like my steak hot.they toasted the bread for like 10 seconds. Not long enough so 3 stars. Disappointed
The regular girls weren't there it was a girl that made my sandwich it was horrible she forgot the inner white sheet paper that keeps the sandwich together it fell apart and the paper bag very very sloppy work if it wasn't legal to pay I would've not paid her at all when she's on I will leave just horrible.
Staff is always pleasant and friendly. Store is clean. Mask compliant. Overall chain needs to use more meat in the sandwiches
