Terrible customer service, never responded after meeting in person and several follow ups. Felt like I was being nuisance to book a vacation. Would never give this agency my business.

I've been using this travel agency for over 15 years. For flights to Portugal and Cape Verde. I don't always buys tickets with them but it allows me to compare air fares.

Excellent service. I love this travel agency very honest and professional
