When the associate didn't know a few questions I asked. I asked how long has he been working there. He became a little confrontational. I dialed it down right away but I won't be going back to that store anytime soon

I recently made the switch from Verizon to T Mobile, and very pleased! John was able to recommend a great plan, and I got a great deal on 2 iPhone SE.

The young lady who helped me was a serious MVP i grabbed a s20 for my daughter and was out in less than 20 mins.

Just had the absolutely worst experience here with Justin. Not only was his customer service terrible he didn’t even activate the TWO phones we got. Honestly go to the one on Main Street. They’re sooo much better

Been going to this T- mobile store for years.so pretty much seeing my OG's there still the best.

Great guys. Elray is the best! Great service Janelle is super nice! This is the best TMobile in the region. This place is customer friendly. Extremely helpful, Even after you've purchased your phone. This place is clean plenty of parking. Handicap parking spots. OH there prices are great. Better than the others. And there plans are the best. Senior plans available. That's big. Plus military service plans!

Overall I have had great experiences with this store but the past few times I have gone to the store, it has been unbearably hot in the store. I mentioned this to an associate who said that they agree but it was the manager who sets the temperature. I really don't like to sweat when I'm waiting to pay my bill. Please fix this, otherwise great service!

Changing my review to 5 stars! Had an amazing experience with the team when I came back. It is a breathe of fresh air to see a manager who cares about her customers and potential customers as much as Janel does. They listened to my situation and sat down and gave me all the scenarios depending on what phone I wanted.

We went into this T-Mobile expecting to upgrade my wife's phone and was treated very poorly. The young unprofessional female proceeded to ask us a plethora of questions when we already explained to her what we wanted having already researched. Prior to our arrival the same representative had lost a customer who also walked out angrily with out purchasing. We decided to take our business to the T-Mobil at the Providence Place Mall where they appreciate customers and welcome new business. There's a total of 7 phones in my family the Mineral Spring N. Providence location will never see a penny from us. Buyer beware stay away from this location.

Pete Montero I think T-Mobile is the one of the best the employees are so knowledgeable about everything they do there they are definitely a credit to the building or I should say the company always got a smile keep up the good work

This T-Mobile location is the best. They are willing to help you in any shape or form. Went in to upgrade or i should say get a better phone. The wait was a bit long but they made me feel delightful. This will be the only T-mobile location i will go to in PROVIDENCE.

The manager couldn't solve my internet problems, telling me that my phone gave out and I need to buy a new one. Yet the location on Diamond Hill Road fixed the problem for me.
