14Eric knows his business. Made a difficult decision to switch phone providers rather easy. Very helpful, honest and attentive, which is all a customer asks for.
Guy behind table only helps white folks. I stood by the sign that says wait here for service and a white couple walksup and he rushes to help them. He has nothing on that say he works for t mobile
Thank you very helpful.i almost cancelled the network coz of our bad bad experience in the other location.always go to the mall guys they know wat they are talking.
Rolando is absolutely amazing! I went to three different stores before coming to the one in the mall. No only did he go above and beyond to help us. But he explained things other stores failed too. We were really thinking about going with a different company. However Rolando has restored our faith in T-mobile. Thank you!
I been with t mobile over 2 yrs now.they helped with my phones.and with making a payment.theres
other.place I been I love the service.and this is only company has a 1 spot in my book.very nice people.thank you again.
Let me start off by saying the customer service I received from Deya was exceptional to say the least. I work in sales management and my schedule is very limited so I went to change service from AT&T because of a poor situation a family member had put me in. I don’t have time to waste so when I went to TMobile I was hoping I could get a switch over and purchase new phones that day. Deya made it happen in seconds. She even went out of her way to have my numbers ported over because I didn’t have the account number at the time. She told me to call the business line and give her the info and I wouldn’t even have to come back to the store. Saved me the time and hassle! My first impression of TMobile is that they don’t put you through all the headaches like the “other guys” (Verizon, AT&T) what a breath of fresh air. Thank you Deya and thank you TMobile for making my switch over flawless and easy.
I had a great experience with Ny at Providence Place. She is knowledgeable and kind. We had a round robin of phones in my family, and she figured it out.
If you can, go the extra few blocks to the T-Mobile store in Eagle Square because I have experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this store. They did not acknowledge me when I walked in or added me to the list of customers in line. Then they started helping two other people who came in after me. I waited for over 10 minutes before someone even said hello or acknowledged that I was there to make a purchase.
The one in Eagle Square has a staff that? M, in my experience, is more pleasant and much more helpful.
2 Stars while waiting, 1 Star after leaving. The waiting time for service was long and buying a new phone took an hour and half. It took over half and hour to transfer files after messing around with equipment that didn't work. Also, my one and old usb-c cable was never given back so my phone's batter will die if I don't go buy a new one at a store.
Daniel T at this location did a wonderful job finding a solution to my problem that I had gone to try and fix with both other T-Mobile locations and the Apple store. Thanks!
It was a horrible experience. Sheena was the rep and she was so rude by not answering questions, throwing the phone on desk, rolling eyes, no smile, arrogant tone. I will never go back to this store. Sheena is one unhappy, disrespectful employee - never go to her.
People just haten because they can't get what they want lol. People at T-Mobile ate all respectful and very nice.
One of the worse store I have ever been ever to! Not enough sales associate, bad costumer service. And the worse it nayellis correa! She's the worse sale person!
Poor service, unknowable and rude waste of time ended up going to the Warwick location that turned out to be great.
