This taco bell is a joke asked for fresh food served me Ice cold food, general manager said I can deal with what I get. Hung up on me refused to give his name.

The young lady who waited on me was extremely nice and helpful, the food was good too but that young lady's willingness to help, smile and demeanor made this a pleasant experience. I was about to order thru the kiosk when she asked me if I would like my order taken.yes I would!

This Taco Bell has very fast service it's very organized and very clean inside I was surprised it was off of Broad Street but it's very clean organized and very nice people work there I haven't had issues with my order yet great people good store Taco Bell

Ordered doordash through this tacobell location. I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas, only recieved 1. My bean and cheese burrito did not come with seasoned rice. And the doritios locos taco Supreme was missing every ingredient except beef and sour cream. Very disappointing, will not be ordering here again. Waste of money

Mayne I just left the drive thru with 4 potatoe tacos and there was literally 4 potatoes in each and a drop of sauce. Unacceptable.

I was trying to order the I think it was $5 Meal box online I was not able to do it and then when I get to Taco Bell they tell me the Crave boxes or not available because they're changing vendors for something and whatever and blah blah blah bottom line I spent just as much money for one taco / burrito each for three of us as I would have if I could have gotten crave boxes so not very happy about that

I arrived at drive thru at 1: 29am and the automated message stated they were closed. But online states drive thru is open until 2am

Way too much money for just 6 tacos and 2 soft tacos $21.00, no drinks. No nothing else, just 6 hard tacos she'll, a little hamburg, and lettuce & few tomatoes, Really, never againg!

Horrible place to buy food. They don't care to make sure what you ordered is in the bag. When you go back to get it corrected, they give you a hard time about it. Iriana V is the worst cashier. The manager doesn't care about the customers. I would boycott this place if i were reading this. We don't need this treatment in North Providence

Food was terrible I only order online and never got the right order 3xs they did that wrong food no meat in my boritos and I ordered a 5 layer beef burrito that only had cheese in it a deluxe box that only had shredded cheese and lettuce no meat and I paid for steak i legit stopped ordering from this loc for these reasons they never owed up to this issue either nor was I able to get to a manager

Was extremely rude at this location. Yet again our order was very incomplete. We were not greeted when we came in and was given an attitude and we asked for Trey for our cups and where the straws were located. This was the forth time our order was incomplete and wasn't aware until we got home when we went to eat out meal. I highly suggest avoiding this location entirely and it's evening staff.

I always come here for breakfast but who ever is at this drive thru window today is very ignorant the girl handed me the wrong order and then got an attitude handed me my food I said Ty and she rolled her eyes and slammed the drive thru window I will not be coming back here.

This place is horrible bought a chicken burrito got all bean instead the cashier thought it was a joke laughing said ohh it has frijoles than started laughing gave me 4 dollars back and I had the receipt that said 5 then try to call police for no reason cause I said I wanted to speak to owner of business cause it’s been 4 times they give me bean instead of meat I will not eat there again Taco Bell in providence is way better bad service in north providence

I clearly stated I wanted two beefy melt burritos and I got two cheesy roll ups with 3 pieces of chicken in each one. Ridiculous

No matter where you go Taco Bell sucks and I feel bad for the employees because they are understaffed but I asked for 10 packets of Diablo sauce and I only got nothing That's all not Big deal love Sosa

I’ve went to this place multiple times and they have messed up my soda 2 times. As a diabetic this is unacceptable to me and if I didn’t test the soda and drank it without thinking I would have probably been throwing up and have been in the hospital. This is just unacceptable

My last experience here none of what I ordered matched. And what they did give me I was unable to eat. I asked for nothing spicy and ended up getting a bag full of jalapeno wraps needless to say I'm not going to this Taco Bell again
