Went to Tasca Ford in Cranston for service and left with a brand new vehicle. Chris Tracy did an amazing job helping me find my vehicle I always wanted. Orlando Castillo also did an amazing job helping me be 100% satisfied. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The service was great from working with Todd my sales person to the Finance manager helping with the loan. This is our 4th car we have bought from Tasca. Always a great experience.

My experience with Tasca was wonderful. Salesman Jacob Buckley was overall professional and very easy to communicate with. Jacob is very proficient at what he does and never pushy. He always kept me up to date with the purchase of my knew vehicle. I highly recommend Jacob if your in the market for a new or used vehicle. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle to give Tasca a shot and ask for Jacob.

Worst experience ever! My husband purchased a car last month from April who is the worst salesperson ever. My husband has been trying to reach her to no avail. We have called and asked the manager Eric to call us back and still no response! I see in the reviews below that the owner responded to call them, but that's a lie. When you call all you get is a run around with no real answers or calls back.

EDIT 1/5/24: THIS PLACE IS A JOKE - NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK OR HELPS! I AM HAVING ALL OF MY FRIENDS WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW - PEOPLE LIKE THIS DON"T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS

Paid over $300 for a new key in September. It is now the end of December and I still don’t have it. Every time I call they say that the key cutting machine is broken. I am confused why they are not getting it fixed or replaced, especially as I have already paid.

Another thing, I was there one time (trying to pick up the new key) and as I pulled in, the broken key I own (which was glued together at this point) snapped apart. I could not start my car. Considering I was at a car service place, you would think they would have been able to help me. The car service people all told me there was nothing they can do. I asked if they had pliers so I could use those to turn they key. They said nope. Eventually after I started crying out of frustration, the nice lady at the front desk helped me by glueing the key back together with her eyelash glue. Not one of the car service people would help.

This place has caused me nothing but frustration and I wish I had never gotten a Ford car, just so I could go somewhere else for service.

3.5 hours for service. Tires improperly inflated (low) causing car sensors to go off. Car maintenance message not reset. Didn't honor their coupon at checkout as it "needed to be addressed upon initial car intake and write up". Inspection sticker was left wildly crooked and parted requiring me to tape it to the window. Although I have a Volvo I will use the Flood Ford, which will also provide Volvo maintenance.

I had my ford focus in late summer. Everyday I was called with an update of things that needed to be fixed. I’m not well and contacted on the honesty of Tasca. My focus had gone in for a problem with over heating, as well as mice had gotten in and chewed up many wires. The service rep was extremely kind. Almost 3,000 dollars later and over two weeks with out a car! The overheating issue never got pursued. I have called many times since to no avail. However everyday it was at Tasca I was called daily to be told what need to be done. It’s a 2012, less than 70,000 miles on it. Book value is 5,000. When I got the vehicle back, it started overheating again. I would open the passenger door and the blower fan went on. As I said I called to see if something could be done. I’m still not well, two children and I had to get rid of the focus due to the issues that were going to cost me more money than the car was worth. At first I felt well taken care of, only to realize I was being taken advantage of! Very sad, an unfortunate situation. Definitely one situation a single mom should not have had to deal with. Sincerely Deana Salisbury! As I’m still battling an illness, any calls I made to Tasca to resolve the issue where just ignored and basically was told I could rent a car and it was about a two week waiting list for there service department! I would say yes to each call wanting my family safe. It’s was all about money! Shame on me, for not being on my A game seeing I am unwell. All while this was taken place, tasca service department acted so friendly! My mother had passed, and Tasca still kept wracking up the bill for different things to fix. Since then I recently had a flat tire. AAA could not get the tire off due to so much rust. Hmmm funny how all those small issues I was told where taken care of! Sad truly. I will not be recommending tasca service department! Feeling completely taken advantage of Deana Salisbury! My family has done plenty of business with ford! Shameful!

Second purchase with Tasca, this time I used Jacob Buckley from the Ford divison. He was easy to work with, he did everything he needed to make this purchase happen. I would go back and buy from him again, I got a really nice SUV for a fair price.

I had called the rep (Eric) to ask about bringing in my car due to an alert it had been receiving and he said I could book an appointment wherein they would reset a code and maybe review the battery. I was told that this would be a quick fix.

Upon bringing in my car for the appointment, suddenly his story changed and he said I would not be able to wait for my car and would instead have to leave it for over two days, get a rental, and pay at least 300$ minimum. He also said the car needed a full comprehensive check and that they ‘might not find anything’.

I felt very pressured by his telling me things like ‘well your car could stall in the middle of nowhere if we don’t get this done’.

I walked out and will be taking my car elsewhere. I no longer trust this dealership with my car and, when talking to a friend who leased from Tasca, she had a very similar experience.

I v been a customer for at least 10 years. In 2019 I was supposed to get 42,000 rewards points for each cars I purchased. Never was informed by saleman. I called Jamie Tasca and she was not pleasant at all and said they are aware of the promotion but there is nothing she can do. It comes from ford.not true I called ford rewards they told me the dealer is supposed to motify them with all the information. The only way I found out about this promotion is from my recent purchase in seekonk dealer that I was supposed to get rewards for 3 cars value $210. For each car to use on oil changes or other services.so i lost 630 dollars.i will never buy another car from them

I went there last Monday to replace my 2018 F150 STX with a new lease on a 2024. I was told by a young lady named April that she had to check in coming inventory with her manager, who was in a meeting. She said that I could wait or have them contact me. After 33 years of driving a Ford pick up I have a 2024 GMC SIERRA from Paul Masse (A pleasure to deal with!). Good thing that I did not wait at Tasca, it has been almost a week with no contact.
