NOBODY RESPONDS! DON’T BUY FROM TASCA. It’s been a month! Tasca sent me a part that does not fit. I contacted them immediately via email, then their online site, sent pictures of the OEM and their part, with full explanation, then their Chat option, and NO Response at all. Very disappointed as they do not seem to care and goes against everything they claim on their website.

Took a chance on these guys (despite some of the recent negative reviews) and had a positive experience. I went ahead and emailed them directly shortly after placing my order to make them aware of the urgency. Steve replied directly and made sure to keep me updated and ensured my order went out on-time. Will be using them again in the future

BUYERS BEWARE
I'd be very wary buying "ANYTHING" from Tasca.
I've tried 4 times by email to reach a sales associate (they don't take calls) in order to make sure the axle shaft assembly I was looking to purchase for my pick-up was the correct one. 4 detailed messages (with VIN #) about my concerns.
If you can't get anyone to help with a purchase order, I can't imagine how any return would be successful. Judging from all the recent 1 star posts, are they still in business?

I ordered a part two weeks ago and I have not heard anything about shipping. You email them they do not respond. You call the number they say we are not taking calls at this time. What is wrong with customer service nowadays? I am going to give them one more day to respond before I file with my bank credit card to reverse charge due to lack of information and not receiving part. Worst experience ever I regret ordering through here.

Excellent communications. No problem with this business. The reason for 4 star instead of 5 is the item I ordered took a little longer to receive than expected. I'd purchase from them again. My item was a perfect fit.

Spoke with customer service to verify the parts I needed were in stock and was told they were. Online parts orders take 3-5 days to ship. Seemed a little long but parts were on national back order and I needed them so I ordered. After waiting 4 days I was told the parts weren’t in stock and they needed to source parts Only have live chat and no phone number on website to try and reach them. Canceled order!

Most of the time you order parts and the company just processed your money, checks stock, and if they don’t have it… they refund you when you thought you were getting the part you paid for. Tasca parts is great and has everything they list in stock! My experience was great because I don’t have time dealing with searching for parts all day and checking the availability.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a couple of parts. I emailed them on canceling because my engine went. Well I have proof. They just don’t want to give money back and rip people off. There phones seem to be not working. They said they got no messages. For there phones not working they probably don’t want to talk on the phone. I like how they say to email them but yet they ignore you.

The staff at Tasca are detail oriented and very knowledgeable, keeping the customer informed every step of the way and maintained open but concise information regarding shipping status, proper part fitting via VIN, A great company to do Business with.

If you need customer service, there is none. They do not respond to e-mails or chats. Never received parts, e-mailed them several times to find out what is going on. Opened a Paypal claim, an hour or two later they refunded me.

I used to buy from you alot in the past, in 2013 i bought about 50 pcs parts for my mustang from you, the service was very good, you had phone service, now you don't have phone service, not answering to mails, only one time i was able to chat with you in the chat box, but it feels very dangerous / scarey to place an order with you like that
what's happen to you and why you became like that?
i'm really want to order but i'm afraid to do it.

Reasonable price and detailed cataloge for easily.
. Searching exact spares
Actually i had ordered a drive motor for running boards for my 2019 expedition max.
When received it was perfectly packed and was exactly as ordered OEM spare. I fixed it my self and was found perfect.

Ordered a part that said was in stock. Paid for expedited shipping and was told it would be here by a certain date. That date has passed and the item hasn’t even been received or shipped because it isn’t actually in stock, but they can’t seem to grasp what I’m saying at customer service. I would stay away.

If I could give them no stars, I would.
We purchased an auto part from this company and we're still waiting for the part to arrive. We have tried to get ahold of customer service, but it is impossible. We've sent emails, used the live chat and even found a phone number but the two people that answered told us there's nothing they can do. That the only way to reach parts department is through the live chat or email and that they (service department) can't even get ahold of parts department. Total scam. We are a company and we take care of our clients and understand there can be delays and things can come up, but believe me you don't want to be involved with a business like this one.

I order a part on July 27 and the website says 3- 5 business days. But after 20 days when I try to call them nobody answered and the live chat on website also no response during last week and this week, this website is scam and fraud. DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Do not do business with this company. The $1700 part I ordered four months ago has not yet arrived. I have emailed you five times without receiving a response. If someone from Tasca Parts is reading this - order number 1744344

You must know the nature of beast! Your order will take a few weeks to arrive and customer service is bad. Horrible! If you need repairs done right away or next week dont use Tasca. However if you can wait a few weeks then Tasca is good. I have had great luck ordering from RockAuto. RockAuto is another discount operation but they seem to be much quicker.

I order a part that said it was available and wasn't. I can live with that. I reach out for updates with no response. Then I found the part some where else and again tried to reach out. I sent emails and called. I tried to cancel the order. Now I have a part that I don't need and don't want.and to think after trying to communicate with this company they sent me a request for a review

C) I know this is special order but as you said it's will take 3 ~6 weeks but now is already over 11 WEEKS.at same time I already got other parts from VOLVO Sweden I placed order just 2 weeks before.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! I was told a part was "in stock" and would ship to me in 3-4 days. Then I received an email saying it was a special order item and they would let me know when I would get it. The whole reason I went to them was because I knew it was back ordered from Ford and needed to get my car back on the road. Don't trust this company.
