We came for our dads birthday. Our waitress was Joan. A lovely women with a radiating personality. She was very attentive and patient with all our needs. The Cheesecake Factory is lucky to have her. Thank you, Joan

I love Cheesecake Factory! One of the best cheesecake places in ri, HOWEVER the ladies at the front and the bakery desk are absolutely rude and ignorant! I wanted to place a phone order that was prepaid for my friends bday, I was told no” that I had to come in and it only
Takes 5 minutes “ with In attitude. I was not able to pay over the phone nothing. When I finally came in to purchase my dessert, a blonde lady with glasses greeted me with an attitude, and was just plain horrible! I have to say never in my years of coming here have I been so offended! NEVER AGAIN!

Our waiter was amazing getting our food to us quickly. Our drinks barely touched bottom and we had refills already at the table. The food was hot fresh and full of flavor, and the cheesecake was phenomenal.

My expectations were far smaller than the results the waiters were wonderful the food was absolutely delicious I will no doubt come back. Also the cheifs did great to.

Had a gift card and went for lunch. Sat at the bar and the bartender was awesome. Girlfriend had the chicken quesadilla and I got the Thai chicken lettuce wraps. Both were very good. Portions were large and prices aren't bad, but can get pricey if you head towards steak or seafood. But if that's what you want, head over to Capitol Grill, lol.
The craziest thing was the calorie count. They seemed high, but maybe that was because they were prominently posted.
Very nice overall experience. Will definitely be back

So, I am a tourist from Austin. I go in, looking for a cake and a coffee. There was no one on the terrace, but I would have liked to sit there and see the city. No hostess in site, or else I would have talked to them, but there was the bakery with all the cakes. I go there, I ask for a cake and coffee FOR HERE. I guess she must not have heard that last part. She tells me how much it is, I pay for it, then I am waiting. Then I see she is packing my cake so I say, no, it is fot here, I would like to have it here on the terrace. She says: that is not possible. Ha? ! No, for eating here, you should have talked to the hostess, have her sit you and assign a table. I watch her in disbelief: there was NO ONE in that terrace. She is like: I will ask hostess if you can eat on the terrace. Then she comes back- you cannot eat there, because each table is assigned to a waitress and you have to go through them. I am like: so what do we do now? ! She is like: let me ask my manager- then she dissapears. Just as I was reflecting that I would have finished my cake and coffee by now, she comes back, and says she will refund me the money. Then the hostess can sit me. As you can imagine, I walked out no cure for stupidity

We have been faithful guests of Cheesecake Factory for over 25 years (We are Cheesecake reward members) in Miami, Ma, San Diego, and RI. Yesterday we had a terrible experience at the CF Chestnut Hills, Ma. Today I felt it is worth another try, and meet my adult kids in Providence RI. My daughter in law was a server at CF in Miami. We were greeted by Jennifer with a big smile we had a reservation but we were a bit early. From there on down it went totally in the wrong direction quickly. Our server Justin never brought out bread until when he gave us our check we asked no less than 3 times for bread. BBQ ranch salad never came out with the onion rings, our Pasta Da Vinci was smaller then my grand kids meals! Never thought I would complain of any CF dish being to small. The manager came over to our table with a attitude that he was not happy working here. I think it is time that CF Headquarters visits this location and re train their staff on being more polite and more professional. We were indeed credited for the Salad, but my meal was never examined and was never apologized for. To bad so sad for us. I would never visit this CF restauant again, and not sure if I will continue as a customer in the future sorry to say. Just threw $100.00 down the drain. Not here to try to improve their business, without compensation and knowbody should do the same.

Let me say, I usually love The Cheesecake Factory. But not this location. It was very cold, so uncomfortable! The service was horrendous…waitress was totally misinformed and was not accommodating when problems arose with my order. The food was decent but not as ordered. However, I have not given up on TCF restaurants, just wouldn’t recommend this one.

Dessert was great, lunch was okay. Ordered Flatbread pizza and the bottom was completely soggy and fell apart. Would only come here for dessert next time.

We arrived here at 4: 15 PM on Sat and ordered one salad and one salmon order. 45 minutes later, we did not have our food. Our server appeared to be actively avoided us so I actually had to stand up and find her. I found her and asked her if she could please check on the status of our food as it had been quite some time. Another server standing next to her said he would check. About ten minutes later, our food came out and we were told they were "waiting for the onion rings for the salad. " (? For 55 minutes? !) They said they would bring them out shortly. A few minutes later a manager came over and said that he was aware of our delay (no offer of $5 off or anything) and again, they would bring the onion rings over shortly. Another 15 minutes goes by - no onion rings. At this point, I just asked for the check and asked the server to please bring them out (again) so we can take them to-go as I had paid for them, so I shouldn't be begging nor asking three + times for something that should have been in my meal.

She brought the check over - but again, no onion rings! At this point, we just left but overall, what a sloppy experience. I should not be waiting 55 minutes for a salad that arrives partially complete - nor be asking 3x for the remainder of the food that I am paying for. If the manager could take the time to come over, he could have taken 20 seconds to follow up with us to see if we actually received what he promised as well.

Also the overall condition (cleanliness) of the restaurant was awful. The floors were filthy. I would absolutely find another place to spend my time/money than ever going back here again.

Order online every week and get the same meal. Food is good but can you please add option to choose jelly or butter with your toast or bagel. Dry bread isn’t good. It takes away from the experience

Consistently wrong order made bad food not fresh just rude mean management something always wrong with food or order yet they blame customer for complaining

Zero stars if possible. Waited for 2 hrs for with a party of 13 and ended up being crammed on tables that did not enough space. Should have been honest that they could accommodate us instead of making us wait for 2hrs and them cramming us in for an uncomfortable evening.

I had an issue with a meal I offered but Cheesecake Factory and their managers have reached out to me and offered to fully refund my meal and meet with me next time I come in. I appreciate the customer service they have and how quickly they resolved the issue and actually cared. I will be coming back and recommending to others. It’s nice to see a place make things right, cause we all know sometimes sh! T happens! Very happy with them!

Really good burgers and fries. The service was somewhat quick but I'm fine with that. I really like the two different types of bread.

If you order food for pick up, show up 20 minutes early. Otherwise you'll just stare at your bag of food until it's ice cold.
