I can't recommend The Cleaning People enough! I treated myself to a deep clean of my 1-bedroom apartment that was disgusting from the previous tenants, and WOW, the place was immaculate when I got back home. I could smell how clean it was just walking upstairs to the apartment. I'm so, so happy I used this company!

Cleaning was very good. We are happy we upgraded to a more enhanced cleaning. This suits us better and fits our budget doing it once a month. Thank you.

I am disappointed to say that the quality of this company has diminished since we first started using them. Like many companies they have experienced challenges with employee retention in the aftermath of COVID, but they have so far been unable to recover. Management always did their best to make things right, but repeated cancellations and issues with the quality of the work made it more of a hassle than a help to continue with them. The owners are good people, and I hope they can turn things around for themselves soon.

Always a great cleaning job, just a couple little things broken again (nothing expensive) but I can put some things away if it's helpful to them.

I scheduled a deep clean and Yolanda and the team worked non-stop to clean every surface. I am completely satisfied with the results and plan to schedule routine visits going forward. Excellent customer service, professional staff and great value!

I had a very bad experience with the cleaning. I ordered a move in deep cleaning + walls. I wasn't present during the cleaning and was unpleasantly surprised to see that kitchen cabinets were left untouched, bathrooms were still dirty, walls were like never cleaned and overall lousy job everywhere. I contacted the service manager and told about that. They offered an additional cleaning, which was not much different. Cleaners rushed to be done with everything and asked me about every single area I asked them to clean (like I said kitchen cabinets are dirty and they would call to check every drawer after it is done, rather than when the whole kitchen is clean). After some time they just packed their stuff and were ready to go even though there were areas that needed to be cleaned.

Overall, lousy job even after repeated cleaning. Will not order cleaning again.

One of the best deep cleanings my house has had! This is the second deep cleaning with The Cleaning People, and it was even better than the first.

I hired the Cleaning People to do a deep cleaning in my house. They were on time, hard working, friendly and best of all my house looks amazing! I definitely highly recommend them.

The team did a great job doing a deep clean of our home. They are very detailed and careful. Highly recommend.

The space is clean and beautiful in general and I am very appreciative for that. However, the hardwood floors have a thin film on them where I can see my footprints in it. Also, my
bedroom has a double fan in the window when I left. When I came back, it was removed and cleaned, but only one of the two fans work now. Very disappointed that my belongings now have to be replaced, especially in the middle of a humid August.

I am glad I hired this company but am unlikely to be coming back in the future unless I budget time to clean my own floors and budget additional money to replace my things, since I won’t know if/which things will come back to me broken.

They did a good job fast and efficient. I checked their work and they just had to redo one little spot under a radiator.

They are always great - today they didn't move all the furniture back for some reason, but it's ok, all still looks and feels great.

Very responsive and fast. Baseline cleaning was well done but the additional wall cleaning I added to the service was poorly done.

Second time using this company for a deep cleaning. Very good pricing for the work being done, which is truly top notch. You get what you pay for. Will definitely be using them for semi annual deep cleanings. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
