They showed up on time. He was personable, explained things to my wife and I in terms we could understand. The job was quick with no issues. A little pricy but you get what you pay for.

My company was subcontracted by this company and was completely ghosted regarding payment for services provided. I do not recommend any company to work with them due to their irresponsible actions and 3 years later our invoice has still not been paid.

Recently had a new heating system installed, oil to gas. The crews that came out were professional, informative and cleaned up after each visit. I’ve had a few issues since, they were very responsive and returned quickly to make anticipated adjustments. Although the company may be a bit more expensive, I didn’t find them excessive. Everyone that came out seemed aware of what they were doing, there was always a licensed plumber and never less then two people, quality costs more.

Ryan at the Plumber company has always been someone we could trust to do the job and be honest in the process. He is on time and always is available to answer questions about a project. I will utilize his services again.

Very professional driver delivered my steam boiler in a snow storm! I am very satisfied with the delivery and the driver was wonderful. I am having my steam boiler replaced.

I have hired that company to connect the sewer system to city line.they told me they have to get the permit, it took more than a month to get a permit with extra fee which was already paid. They ask me extra money few times. They gave the date to start and it was going to take few days to finish it. Unfortunately it took few months. The secreatary was not even answer the phone properly she was only texting me which was not made me happy. Even today they send me the survey to complete it but I even still don’t know if it is finished or not so I did not get confirmed about the job either is done or not. I would not use them again very disappointed

In fall 2021, I called the Plumber Co to look at my oil furnace which was having problems that my present company couldn't diagnose. I was told that I needed a new oil burner put on the furnace. Since it was 30+ years old, I agreed. The burner 'specialisr' came with a burner that wasn't the same brand as my furnace but said he would try to attach it. In 1 hour he had it working. The charge was $2100. Later looking up the exact part he used, I found that the prices online ranged from $750-$850.
In Dec 2022, I called for a yearly cleaning. Two guys came and I told them I was occasionally hearing a rattling noise that I'd never heard before. They couldn't find anything wrong and said that sometimes furnaces just make noises. In Jan 2023, I went downstairs to find that water had flooded the floor from the furnace. It was making terrible loud grating noises. I immediately called the Plumber Co and made an appt. The same 'specialist' who had installed the new burner came. He looked at it and had no idea what was wrong. All he could advise was to put a bucket under the discharge pipe to see where the water came out and call next time it flooded. One hour after he left, the heat went off in the largest zone. He had guaranteed that although I might have noise & floods, the heat would remain on. It was still within regular work hours on that Fri. I called both The Plumber Co and the specialist's cell phone. No one answered either. I begged for help with no heat going into the weekend. They NEVER called back. Not that day, Sat, Sun, or the next week. They just left me with no heat because the specialist, though he mentioned some possibilities, didn't know what was wrong. I spent the weekend calling other companies and trying to heat the house with portable electric heaters. On Mon the service person from another company came, and he knew what was wrong in less than 5 minutes. His diagnosis was not any of the repairs the other guy suggested. Stay away from the Plumber Co if you have an oil furnace. I talked with many other services during my struggle to find help, and one of them said he'd heard that the Plumber Co doesn't always answer their calls. I am so lucky I found the other company before it got cold enough to freeze my pipes. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Awful company. I plan on suing them soon for refusing to refund my deposit for a work order they never started. Left them a voicemail to process my refund but there's nothing after more than 30 days. Take your money somewhere else, I'm a military veteran and this company had no integrity as a veteran owned company. I can't even get another water heater system without MY money they are withholding.

We had a new radiator installed and some leaky valves and vents on our steam heat system. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Someone came to the house and gave me an estimate before the work started. Folks came on time every time. They did the work exactly at they said and charged exactly what they said they would charge. Folks cleaned up after themselves and were kind and courteous the whole time they were at my house. For a new radiator, 3 new valves, and a new vent it was $2,512. I really can’t tell you if that’s a fair price or not since I know nothing about being a steam heat repair service but I think it’s good to talk about money whenever money is involved. I’ll definitely call them again when I need more work done.

I sought the services of this firm to evaluate and carry out major repairs on an old residential steam heating system. Because I'm a strong DIY type, I looked very hard to find competent experts whose analysis I could trust. Though I had consulted with several companies that were purportedly experts in steam heating systems, Doug stood out for his deep knowledge, incisive analysis of likely past and future causes of problems in the system, and his very practical suggestions for addressing these issues both comprehensively, and in order of relative importance. I doubt that you will find a more knowledgeable expert in the Providence area.

Just had my Navien unit serviced yesterday. The technician was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. However The Plumber Company charged us $1,000.00 for about 4 or 5 hours of service! Totally outrageous rates for Rhode Island. Do not recommend.

Ryan came and repaired a broken drainpipe that could have cost plenty if a non-experienced plumber tried to repair the pipe. I recommend using The Plumber Co as a reliable source for your plumbing needs.

Great company that service my HVAC system, maintains my boiler and did sewage pipe repair. The customer service is great and the plumbers are extremely good and professional. Highly recommend.
