Horrible customer service. The people working were nice enough, but they said they are all too new and nobody has trained them so they didn't know how to print a shipping label. I had to leave without mailing my package because they simply said they couldn't do it.

Got stuck behind an accident and couldn’t get there before closing. Called from traffic and got ahold of store associate Michael who stuck around for an extra 15 min after closing to get my package shipped today. Thank you for your excellent customer service. Thanks Michael.

The Customer Service of this store was beyond terrible and can not even be blamed on short staffing. Four employees were "working" with no Customers in the store at 1pm on a Friday. I had two dozen packages that needed to be shipped that were pre-boxed and just needed shipping labels. After the 2nd trip of 6 unloading the packages from my vehicle to the store room I asked if they had a door stop or a chock. All four employees acknowledged me and simply said no and went back to their personal conversations. After the sixth trip I went to the counter and stood there waiting until their conversation was done. Finally I stated I needed shipping labels for the packages, and was told our machine is down. I was in shock that they witnessed me unloading dozens of packages into the store and never even thought of letting me know there label machine was down. Again the Four employees watched me load dozens of packages back into my vehicle without out even thinking of holding the door. This is by far the worst customer service and group of employees and one being Manager I have ever personally witnessed.
If I owned this store or managed it, I would be embarrassed to say the least. As for the Thousands of dollars my company spends a year shipping packages I can promise you it will not be thru this Store.

In efforts To find a mailbox solution and print services for my small business I decided to come to this location. I was super Impressed with both Michael print specialist and Jennifer The assistant manager for taking For taking the time to explain the products giving me detailed explanations of Each of the products that I was interested in. Left there feeling confident that I made the right decision to choose this location for my Small business needs

Horrible service! They mailed a package for me, two months later has not been delivered, they determined it is lost after calling several times and given the run around. Now they are giving me a hard time about receiving my claim, they never return calls and are so rude in the phone!

I went to this location recently and as soon at I entered the store it was extremely hot and stuffy and it reeked of body odor. I had to wait in line for a few minutes and contemplated leaving a few times because the smell was so awful I will definitely be choosing a different location the next time I need to drop off a package.

I had to return a package to Amazon today. I went to the gateway plaza store #0504. I was so pleased with how much help I got from Mike to ship the item back, as I’m not that familiar with the process. He was very pleasant and professional, which I greatly appreciated. So glad I chose that location

Ridiculous pricing structure. I bought shipping from them and would have added a $3 fee just to print out the label for the package.

DO NOT GET A JOB HERE!

Unethical and unprofessional management. They consider 12/13$ and hour with no benefits for anyone is a decent wage with no raises after over 3 years. I guess that’s why the entire staff walked out in the same week causing massive corporate profit losses, but what do I know, right guys?

Chelsea was amazing! I went into the store with five bags of Amazon returns to be packaged and shipped. She was very pleasant, personable, and extremely helpful. She didn’t make me feel like I was the slightest bit of an imposition. She even went above and beyond when I mismatched the return codes for two of the items. She went through one of the big boxes of returns and kept looking until she found the right one to match the code. Thanks again for all your help Chelsea. You rock!

I went here with what would've been a huge project had I tried it at home. It was handled and completed in about 10 minutes at this store. The person behind the counter MIKE, was professional, courteous, helpful and a huge credit to UPS. Thankyou to Mike and UPS.

The staff were very friendly though I was really surprised by how much my package would cost to ship - $127. The staff offered me use of their public computer (with a $2 fee for every 10 min, of course) to shop around my options and I'm glad I did. UPS.com gave me a rate of $101, a savings of $26 (less the $2.15 for using their computer and printing my label).

I never knew that it cost more to ship via the UPS store than it does to print the label via UPS.com! Learn something new everyday. I've rated the store 3 stars, not because of the service but because of the expense.

If I could you a less star I would, ignorant not helpful at all! When I go to the UPS store in Cranston Atwood Avenue they help me so much, There was one person and he could not be bothered with me I needed a little bit of help and I was the first in line he kept taking people behind me because I was taking a little more time only because I needed help someday he’s going to need help hopefully he will catch a better person to help him then and I did, He was the only person with a line full of people go to Cranston at least they have four or five workers

Christopher did an amazing job! He handled a crazy rush himself and still offered a great experience and customer service. He was in the store alone and helped multiple customers at a time.

This UPS store is a complete joke. I have had a PO Box here for years, and every time I come in to renew their is a issue. The employees have no clue what is going on, totally mismanaged location.

Who ever the franchisee is has no idea what is going on at this location, I think it’s a good time to train your employees

I needed to ship a number of storage totes to a family member in Oklahoma. Lucas was able to sort out some miscommunication and confusion as to how to ship the totes. He was very patient, professional, polite, and very conscientious about finding the proper and most cost-effective way to ship the items so nothing would be damaged or lost. He physically helped bring totes and packed boxes in and out of the store for me and fielded phone calls with my family member in Oklahoma. He was very friendly and personable, never once did I feel like we were 'bothering' him. I was there for about an hour and had the opportunity to see how Lucas knew quite a few customers that went in and out by name (this is a very busy store) and was just as friendly and helpful to everyone. It is very rare to see such a work ethic nowadays. Steve was another employee that assisted in this process who also was very friendly and professional. Thank you for making a frustrating and unpleasant task end on very positive note. And I just heard from my family member! The four boxes packed on Tuesday afternoon were delivered to her house today! (Friday) Impressive!
