Every time I go in everyone is so friendly, swift and accommodating. It’s refreshing. It’s not one person either, it’s every person that ever helps me when I go in, which is multiple times a month. Customer service is top notch!
Great store. Quick and efficient because of the knowledgeable and friendly staff that work there. For Amazon returns, it’s in and out in under 2-3 minutes. Never a complaint!
I purchased a shipping box and then had to make an exchange due to it not fitting what I wanted to ship. I was originally served by an older woman with white hair who was a bit slower with the transaction. She was suddenly interrupted by an incredibly rude colleague named Matt who spoke down to her in such a way I pray no one ever speaks to my mother. He was mocking the way that she measured the box saying “look it’s not that hard” and then proceeded to tell her to move aside and “find something else to do”. The attitude then transitioned to me when I explained where we were in the process when he responded with a sarcastic “awesome”. I hope that this is not the kind of experience that your staff and customers receive on a daily basis. No one should have to make a living in such an abusive and toxic environment. I notice there have been numerous complaints in reviews regarding Matt. Perhaps it is time to stop letting this individual taint the name of your establishment.
I had a terrible customer experience with a boy who had a round belly, bangs hanging over his forehead, and glasses on. He didn't give me a chance to talk or explain anything, tossed the receipt at me, and spoke loudly. Although I was already having a bad day, I didn't make it obvious. If he was having a bad day, he should've tried a little harder not to make everyone around him feel worse. The moment I started speaking Arabic with my mother about where we wanted to go and eat, he looked at us in a very demeaning and abrupt way. He treated the people in front of us kindly and handed them their items gently, but showed us nothing but disrespect. He had a attitude and was very rude.
Went for notarization, the first woman made a mistake on the form and wrote over it. Went back to get it fixed and the second person. (Matthew French) had a major attitude about it and charged me again.
This is my go to place for shipping. The staff is helpful and they try to keep the lines moving when busy. AAA discount is also available here. I would recommend this UPS!
Great help from a young woman with red hair! She tried to help me save money on my Amazon return. Humans can be so much more helpful than computers!
Very good customer service! Every time I go in the employees are happy to help me with whatever I need to get my package shipped to my sister! Much better then the rude and bothered USPS employees across the street…
