What a great company from the family even the installers you can tell they take pride in their work.they left my house cleaner than it was before.very attention detailed work they perform.we pretty much went to all the local window companies around and they truly came in at half the price along with a much better built window. We couldn't be more happier with there services.we live on a main road so the noise is deafening.after the new windows were installed properly you couldn't hear so much as a mouse fart.kudos to you and the fine team you have built no regrets thank you. I will be sure to recommend you to my neighbors!

The sales Professional, Wayne, listened to what I wanted. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t ask for and pointed me to a product that met my needs. Quality 3 pane windows. Rich, (the owner) personal came to my house an measured all my windows. His son, Anthony, assisted with the installation and instruction on the windows and who to call if I had future issues. Joe and his team of installers installed all 34 windows. Ryan, Cappi, Freddy and Steven. These guys were nothing but professionals. Their attention to detail, knowledge and commitment to finishing the job right the first time is their motto. Kevin was part of the installation team and put all the finishing touches on the windows to make them perfect. Cleaned the window frames and chalked each window perfectly. Once complete, Rich personally inspected the job to ensure the product was delivered as promised. Very satisfied and great locally owned franchise. Couldn’t ask for anyone better.

Best window company I have recommended to buyers. As a Home Inspector, licensed in both RI and MA, I try to only recommend proven businesses. Window Source is a family run business with great service and prices. Low overhead equals value to the consumer.

After researching various window replacement companies, I decided on going with Window Source, since it was family-owned and a local company. From the time when I made the initial inquiry to when the windows were installed, all encounters were professional and efficient. Anthony, Ryan and Freddie were the installers. They worked extremely well together and did a phenomenal, efficient install in just a couple of hours. They were all so very personable and demonstrated pride in the company's reputation and their work. The crew of the Window Source RI installed 15 windows of our house in Coventry on August 23,2023. This crew, comprised of about six or seven guys did a phenomenal job. From taking out the old windows, installing the new (triple pane) windows and constructing the new frame to fit each window, these guys worked their collective tails off. These guys know what their doing, and it shows. The crew, lead by Kevin, didn't stop until the job was done.remember, this was 15 windows. I recognized Kevin because he was the field general-measuring, cutting as well as installing. I would be remiss not to mention the outstanding, professional and very hard work done by the rest of the crew. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names. However, I would take anyone of them to start my own company.they are that good. I also want to recognize the Window Source RI office staff for scheduling and keeping us informed well in advance with follow-up calls. Finally, I want to thank the owner, Richard Puopolo for working with us, sending such a competent crew that did such a beautiful job (these guys really do work hard) and doing the job at a very fair, reasonable price. Super friendly staff, very professional. The crew, Joe's crew, arrived on time and very respectful of my property. The window looks outstanding and property cleaned inside and out before they left. Wish I could give 6 stars. I would HIGHLY recommend and will use again on future jobs.

Our 10 windows were efficiently and properly replaced in less than a day. Joe and Ryan did not stop until all was removed replaced and cleaned up. They were pleasant and knowledgeable of the product. We highly recommend them and the company.

There are not enough stars to rate The Window Source RI. From start to finish it has been one of the most pleasant contractor experiences. You never truly know what your experience is going to be and they nailed it. The owner, Richard personally came by, did the measurements, talked me through the process and answered all my questions. When he left I was fully aware of the what, when and why of windows. That was very reassuring. Installation with Joe, Ryan and Ricky was professional, yet personal. They were extremely considerate of their surroundings and very respectful. Really great guys. Before leaving they made sure I knew every function and care of the windows. Thank you all for a great experience! I highly recommend if your looking for windows.
