Tier One Physical Therapy - Westerly

Kristen - to put it simply - is one of a kind.
I came in with a ruptured Achilles that I was hoping to treat with a non surgical approach.
I was extremely nervous and scared to say the least.
Kristen listened to my many concerns and questions and has helped me through my rehabilitation in a way that made me look forward to PT. I can not say enough good things about her. Kristen is so much more than what you typically find in a physical therapist… while she is very professional and knows her stuff - she is also kind, calming and genuinely cares about her clients. I witness it every time I am there and I am sure all of her clients would say the same thing if asked. That is not something you can be taught, you either have it or you do not - and she has it.

I am very thankful to have found such a great partner in this rehab process - I can not recommend her enough.

Very professional staff care about all the people work on exactly what you need. Amazing the progress I have made has everyone motivated definitely the place to go we are family for sure definitely A+

Kristen knows her stuff. She really listens then adapts my PT routines to what I need to address. Additionally, she’s the best personal coach I’ve had. I truly think we very lucky to have her in our area (Westerly).

I just have to say how wonderful my experience at Tier One has been! Kristen has helped me and my knees so much. Heather as an assistant and “coach” was so friendly and encouraging. I’m thankful I finally found a Physical Therapy spot that I looked forward coming to!

No doubt needing to go through physical therapy wasn’t on your bucket list…definitely wasn’t on mine but…
As soon as you walk into the facility you are greeted by Heather at the front desk…so welcoming and pleasant, very attentive
and caring…thank you Heather!
You are then taken into a private room where you are introduced to Kristen/therapist. At that time your greet and meet includes a discussion on your reason for needing therapy, including Kristen’s plan for your treatment and goals…
Your continued treatment involves Kristen’s plan for treatment and John assists w/your treatment and goals. Honestly, it wasn’t where nor what I wanted to do but I did want to get back to my normal way of mobility!
Kristin was gentle and so caring…. Made light of the days I was struggling and pushed me along to achieve my goals in such a caring manner…. Thank you SO much Kristen…. You are the BEST!
John…. So glad you could count better than me! The 10 count times 3 always got the best of me…. But you always kept me on track cuz for some reason this senior mind was easily distracted! And the best part was our little chats on Mondays after Sunday football! Made the time pass quickly!

Granted, this review is quite “long winded” but I’m hoping people realize my sincerity in regards to the Tier One team in Westerly is remarkable! I am highly recommending the team to help you achieve your goals!

Absolutely love this place, all the staff is very welcoming and Kristen has been so helpful in my rehabilitation process. Highly recommend this place as I feel just right at home while working my butt off to be better cause these guys want the very beat for you!

This place Tier one is the best physical therapy place in westerly. Kristen and Heather are the best I love the way they push you to achieve your goals and they are so polite and know how to work with the people that go there I recommend this place to everyone great place give it a try you won't go wrong God bless and stick with staying strong and Healthy love you all at Tier one

First time having to do physical therapy, ITS REALLY GREAT. The PT lady Kristen, IS AMAZING. She’s very nice and understanding and helps me and a lot of other people so we don’t have pain anymore on whatever the PT is for. The lady at the desk Heather is also very nice. When i’m there, theirs also a man named John he’s a new helper and he’s very nice and buff which is cool. Great everything some of it is painful but it’s okay Kristen is a very lovely person and helps all of us and she’s very friendly. All in all it’s a great PT place and all very nice and lovingly even if we’re going through pain.

I went to Tier One at the recommendation of my wife, who had a great experience at this facility. I couldn't agree more. The atmosphere is uplifting, and the personal attention is fantastic. Kristen is an enthusiastic and knowledgable physical therapist. Closely assisted by Heather, this team works hard to make the PT experience both beneficial and enjoyable.

Kristen and Heather are friendly, approachable, and knowledgable professionals and I wouldn't do my PT anywhere else. I can absolutely say my quality of life has improved because of doing PT here.

Heather is always smiling- and willing to help! She was the first person I was greeted by - an amazing first impression of Tier One! Kristen is amazing.she listens and is very in tune to Abigail's goal of getting back on the court. She is positive and encouraging all while treating Abigail's injury! I highly recommend her and will spread the word around our community!

Tier One PT has been amazing for my daughter. Kristen is very knowledgeable and has a way of explaining your treatment plan that really makes sense to you. She is very receptive to individual needs which is very important to us. She is also fabulous with kids. The entire staff at Tier One has been amazing and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone searching for a physical therapist.

Kristen is the best! She really knows what she is doing and mostly, she’s so caring and passionate about the job. I’m a long distance runner and my left hip had been bothering me for a while. Kristen helped me not only through the pain, but taught me how to properly train to diminish the chances of getting injured in the long term. I felt so welcomed in the clinic and I’ll definitely choose them next time.

I have been to 2 other PT facilities and they don't compare to Tier One. Kristen is a top notch physical therapist, I couldn't be happier with care that I've been receiving!

When I first became a patient of Kristen at Tier One, I was several months out of surgery and was still experiencing severe back pain.
It left me after my first or second visit and has not returned

Kristin is a fabulous therapist, I first came in to Tier One in Narragansett, once she moved to manage the Westerly clinic I moved with her. I like her holistic approach to the problem at hand. She and the entire team at Tier One are top notch.

This is the best PT practice I have ever been to! Recently I have had a lot of problems with my shoulder due to years of abusing it while playing baseball and barely had any range of motion. Kristen does an unbelievable job at tracking my progression and staying on top of our PT plan. Now I can throw a baseball again and lift my newborn over my head again. I am so thankful for Kristen and her practice! I will continue to go here and recommend for anyone who has any aches, pains, or other related issues.
