T.J. Maxx, Cranston RI

I went to this tjmaxx and the manager was very rude she was more concerned about the credit cards and ignoring costumers in line.making my friend go back to the back of the line when she was next in line ignoring the fact she was next.just rude in general and clueless employees just standing there behind the register not taking any customers letting a huge accumulate.

I used to love this store the last few times I have gone too much clutter in the aisles you can barely get down them too much in your way I saw 2 beautiful lampshades ruined because someone put them down and a carriage ruined both Maybe that's why prices high make up for careless customers and overstocked no room to shop

Love it mostly for house goods and getting gifts for people. I found some real good bargains, especially on coats. I am a regular at T. J. Maxx

TJ Maxx is a hidden jewel for some things that a lot of people don't know about. I won't say which, because then it's not a secret anymore. I love it.

I find that if you see something you like grab it because it may not be there next time. They get their inventory from other stores i.e clearance items, overshipments, etc. (This is what I read). I honestly only go in their for pet toys. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly.

Cashier wouldn't give an item marked at discount price. She peeled the sale sticker off and said it was a different price. I shop TJ Maxx all the time. Poor customer service on the cashiers part.

I love TJ MAxx and this location is nice, they are smaller in size but still have a lot of items esp.seasonal decor which is usually what im looking for:)

I love going to Tj Maxx, you find excellent quality clothing, footwear, accessories for men, women and children, my favorite area is bags and purses.

Should probably state somewhere that it’s women’s things only. So people don’t waste their time

Customer service is terrible. No one greets you or offers to help. They have employees walking around and don’t even make eye contact with customers to avoid having to assist. So called managers are snotty no help

Love shopping at this location! Found everything I needed for the holidays. The workers helped me find whatever I needed, and the guy who rang me up was so nice to talk to! Would love to see more shoes next time.

They have the worst selection out of any tj max I’ve ever been to. No name brands. Unorganized. No selection. Reminds me more of a A j Wright from back in the day.

Yet, again! Another store in Rhode island that are too lazy to take the time to look anything up. I bought a wallet on September 23 and do not like it. I don't have the slip or tag cause never thought I would return it. I would've taken store credit no problem. Because there was none left in the store, they wouldn't take it. I asked couldn't you just look it up? Girl that did the price check was so rude and didn't want to be bothered. I always shop here and now, not so much. They lost my service. The wallet was a Michael Kors. Store was not busy, so it wasn't like I was holding stuff up. It's people like this with attitudes and lousy customer service that put businesses in the hole.

Stopped by to return something and found a pretty orange and pink paisley blouse and a yummy bar of Italian soap! Very nice young woman at the cash register.

Normally I’d never leave a review for a TJ Maxx …. It’s Tj Maxx… it’s pretty self explanatory if you’ve been in one before… you’ve been to them all.

Certain locations based on demographics will offer a range of options it seems. That may just be my interpretation. However, this particular location i’d wished there was a larger store in that plaza for more selection. I’d found that was limited or less than what I’ve seen at a majority of other locations under this store brand.

However, the staff made this place a 5 star! They were unexpectedly extremely dialed in to their inventory, certainly helpful, and then managed to be hilarious too.

The staff was very nice. The store was very clean. The men's selection was abysmal. An afterthought jammed into the corner. I needed a button up dress shirt, there was about 2 in my size (XL). Obviously the mens section is going to be smaller but that was terrible.
