Hate to say it but found a fly in my food. Love the people who work here but they need to do something to prevent that.even if someone took the fly out before I got my food I'd be none the wiser. Just a heads up

Got the Buf Chx tenders. Several tenders were the size of a chicken nugget, the sauce was drizzled on (not tossed), and the inside of the few larger nuggets were still slightly frozen. Would not recommend.

What garbage. Gave this place another shot. Pizza is bland. How is this place even surviving when there are many other pizza places around? Save your money people. This place sucks. Overpriced for bad pizza. Large pizza and Mac and cheese bites 35 dollars. Waste of money. Give me back my money and shut down already.

These people are ripoffs beware! I care about my money because I work hard for it. On two different occasions I was given the final cost after taxes etc and on both occasions I was overcharged as much as 30% over the original price. Extremely rude customer service from the drivers especially. My most recent order consisted of a bland cheeseburger with no flavor and a tragically prepared chicken Palm for close to $40 which again was an inflated price from what was previously stated on the phone. I'm in customer service and I would never treat my clients the way that I was treated by these people. Funny enough their Pizza is really good I can be honest to say that much, but after the discrepancy on the charging and the overall snarky dismissive attitudes who have the nerve to then ask for a tip, here's the news you're supposed to earn a tip and stay loyal to your clients.you've done neither so this place is lost a customer.

They are doing best pizza in Rhode Island, tbh I’m tough guy about food. But I gave them 10 out of 10 Also you can check them cheesecake if you eat once time you’ll eat forever.

Every order is always fresh and hot, and very well made. I order delivery all the time and they always do a great job with all the food. Pizza is top notch (love the sauce). I like the Italian thin crust. Wraps and sandwiches are always made just right, and the homemade chips are great too. Plus the service is always awesome. Very friendly and fast they always call if they have a question about your order. Love these guys!

10/10 Recommend Tom's Kitchen he stayed open later for me an my pregnant wife to get late night food on Sunday food was hot and delicious very friendly thank you

The wings are good but put on some hair nets please I didn’t pay for hair in my food bro I like this place the food can be good but hair in food is a deal breaker man.

I ordered delivery at 6pm for my family. I provided the address, even questioned if I can pay by card when the food was delivered and the man responded yes. I left for work for the night, and was asked by my family where the food was an hour and a half later. At 730pm a call was made to Tom's inquiring about our food and they replied that our food was waiting to be picked up. I ORDERED DELIVERY. So my family was delivered food that was sitting for an hour and a half. Real nice, they lost a customer.

I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place. They are super friendly. They let me go in with my dog, and they actually embrace him. Their food is really good. From their pizza to their pasta. A-1. Never had their burgers though, but I can imagine they’d be as good as their other food. Nice neighborhood pizza shop!

My favorite spot for Buffalo chicken wings in North providence. Their spinach calzones are also fantastic! Everyone working here is always pleasant too, even at 11pm.

While most pizza places are generally them sanmd, each one honestly only being different by a few percentage points.

Tom's kitchen stands out in two major ways.

1) they are keto friendly from chicken wings to pizza there are plenty of options

2) the rewards program it's like every 2 visits I'm getting a $10 gift card

We have been ordering for years. Our only problem is when item is delivered we dont get a text, phone call they dont even ring the door bell. We never know when its delivered! The pizza and calzones are great but lately the delivery is lacking. Thank.you.
