Lovely place, location wise.
As far as a business? Not the best.
Problems with billing, charged for one thing multiple times.
Problem with appointment times.
Problems with dental work that they refused to repair with charging.
Very very high prices, that I would rather reflect *good dental work* but instead all you're left with is a good view and massage chair probably why the fillings are always mishaped.

I highly recommend Tourister Dental in Warren, RI to everyone. I generally have dental anxiety. From Becky in the front office to my Hygienist to Dr. Reilly and the other staff, I was completely at ease and very satisfied with all my dental care.

Professional, courtious, explain what is going to happen & why. A very relaxing atmosphere!

Great office location. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Extremely professionally run office. My hygienist was very friendly and did a great job. Definitely recommend

Miranda is an expert hygienist and does a completely thorough cleaning and exam, and Dr Reilly clearly explains any concerns/potential problem areas with a checkup following the cleaning.

Dr. Riley her and her staff are amazing. Their facility is clean and welcoming, the staff is knowledgable and professional and their patient care really goes above and beyond. They even get my 3 year old to cooperate and we all leave smiling!

This is the best dentist I’ve been to. Everyone was so friendly and professional, especially the hygienist Catarina. She explained everything, made sure I was comfortable, and gave great tips on dental hygiene in a very kind, non-judgemental way. She also took the time to clean off some cement residue from my braces (I had been to two other dentists after getting my braces off and neither of them did this). It’s in a great setting with plenty of parking and there was a beautiful view of the water from my exam room. And I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling while other places had nothing open till March. Plus they scheduled my next cleaning on the spot which is really helpful.

I wanted to update my review to include that I particularly like the way the practice never pushes you to do a treatment that can wait, always gives you options, and is very thorough. Always very friendly and professional staff and dental practice - makes you feel right at home. Dr. Reilly is the best, as is her staff. The doc is highly skilled, gentle, fast and efficient. And the space is amazing. I'm so happy I found this practice!
