6CROOKS. Don't pay for your wash with a card or you will be charged double. Ocean state is way cleaner, way cheaper, and way less sketchy.
The one complaint I have is that in the car vacuums area outside the trash can is always full and so you can't clean out your car which I like to do once a week.
I’d like to know who I call to complain I just left this location it’s 545 the worker told me I cannot do my wash unless I’m dropping it off. I am a Newport resident and have been doing my wash here, when I call to complain the same person answers the phone to block complaints. Messed up and disturbing.
Never had a problem. Nice staff. Clean. Attentive. Everything has worked every time I’ve gone. Use this place weekly with zero complaints.
Nice place plenty of washers an dryers friendly workers very clean also.
I got dry cleaning done here. Their estimate of 5-7 business days was slightly off. It took a full 31 days for two sweaters to get dry cleaned. Look elsewhere for dry cleaning
