I have had tire service at the Johnston, RI location multiple times and they are professional, courteous, and have met the promised time for every one I scheduled. Love the after hours drop box, convenient to drop off before work or the night before.

I had a great experience today thanks to Jimmy-my appointment was the following am and I expected having to be out for the day. When I arrived to drop it the afternoon before they were able to squeeze me in and have it ready by end of day avoiding a day out of work. Thanks for making it happen!

On August 17 I went to The Johnston, RI Town fair Tire and a wonderful young man name Michael Tell me about my tire he put air in it and let me know to come back first thing the next morning and they would fix it. I know this 18 I return back to town fair tire in Johnston and Brian help me and it was a wonderful experience kudos to them.
I am now back at town fair tire in Johnston Rhode Island the tires on my car we’re low came back in and Brian help me again what a great team they are here I devise anybody to go back there I’ll come and they have great respect for their customers.

If you need amazing customer service and real answers, go see Aaron at Town Fair Tire in Johnston. I purchased my car earlier this year and it came with low profile tires. After 5 months of nothing but tire issues, I decided I wanted to change to regular tires. However, I wasn't sure if this was possible. I tried researching it myself, but I didn’t want to purchase the wrong sizes. I called many tire places and even the dealership, but they were either rude, never gave me a straight answer, hung up on me, or just told me it wasn’t possible. I was frustrated and called Town Fair Tire in Johnston. Aaron picked up and was super polite and helpful the entire phone call. We set up an appointment to look at rims and he was, again, very helpful with that. He priced things out for me so I always knew what I was getting myself into, and he didn’t play those stupid salesman tricks like most places do, especially on women. He got me an appointment asap and put my new tires and rims on timely. Everything went smoothly. I was extremely satisfied with the services I received.

If the big bosses at Town Fair Tire are reading this, your employee Aaron in Johnston NEEDS a raise and some well deserved time off. He clearly works hard, gives his attention to his customers, and is always pleasant. Thank you, Aaron!

I went in late on a Friday afternoon with an estimate from a few days prior hoping to have a new set of tires put on my SUV before the store closed. I spoke with Marcus who assured me that my car could be serviced right away if I wanted to wait for a little while or leave my car overnight and pick it up first thing in the morning. I opted for the second option. My SUV was ready when the store opened at 8AM. Wonderful experience with Marcus and the rest of the store staff. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

Aaron was kind, patient, and helpful. He listened to my concerns and fielded unrelated questions as well. Stellar service all around with transparent communication. Would gladly take my vehicle here again. Keep up the great work!

Wait time for tire repair was very reasonable at 45 min. Staff friendly and helpful. The key is to schedule an appointment online.
