Yes! Finally, a location that knows what they're doing. The smoothies were flavorful and well blended. The food was good. We were happy with out purchase.

I walked in at 8: 06 pm to grab a smoothie, but an employee insisted they were closed, even though he mentioned their closing time as 9: 00 pm. It doesn't add up.

I walked in as I was first in line. I was waiting to be helped 5 employees walking around. Then finally
As they are ready, they call the people who came in after me to help them. I had to say no I was next. Then the women at the register finally says can i help? " The phone then rings. She proceededs to take the order before mine. So now she touched the phone, touched the register, and then proceeded to make shakes.there should be different people doing different things, not handling everything & being efficient to customers. Then the people after me received their order before me. I had to ask where my order was without receiving acknowledgment. The two girls start laughing like I was a joke. Worst customer service, train your employees kindness Thank you.

This place is really bad went there for a $150 dollar order for my workers and girl there said I can’t fill your order short staffed

Evening staff had a terrible attitude and could care less about assisting. Rainbow water in Providence treats the customers with respect and offers. Amazing smoothies.

The new menu is misleading. 'Naturally sweetened', in parentheses, means a smoothie is already naturally sweet from the berries and fruit. So why add sugar to it, and make a nice smoothie unhealthy and disgusting? Some people may like it that way, so TSC should list sugar as an ingredient so those people can see it's the sugar bomb they want, and the rest of us can order it without. But sneaking in unwanted ingredients doesn't make sense for anyone!

Forgot to put a $9.49 sandwich in the bag for my order. I didn’t realize it until I got home to North Kingstown. They wanted me to come back for it (an hour round trip). Hopefully the credited me.

Nice looking store, inviting, cool music. The guys looked busy, but good service. I tried the Paradise Point Smoothie (Strawberry, Banana and Pineapple). It was okay.

Horrible shake. Fatima made my shake and it was 90% ice and chunks of ice and banana I couldn’t even drink it out of the straw. It was un-drinkable and a waste of money. I threw it away.

Service was quick and the food was fine but the rap music had language that was offensive. My suggestion would be something more island tropic and fun. It is tropical cafe. Music seems to conflict with the brand image

I have waited a long time to review this place and gave them many many opportunities. The place has incredible turnover and poorly trained overwhelmed confused staff. I don’t blame the staff for that. It’s disorganized and there is no actual team working to deliver a great consistent product and experience. Food is fair, the smoothies are the star of the show, but if you cannot get them remotely at the same time, you now have cold food. I personally just bow out to avoid frustration and disappointment.

First of all, I waited more than 20 minutes to just order. Second of all, the way that I was being treated at the cashier was worse than any place you could possibly think of. I went up to the cashier and very rudely. He said what do you want I ordered two drinks and waited 15 minutes to get them. One of them was a little bit different so I asked the person that gave it to me, which one doesn’t have non-fat yogurt she rudely ignored me and walked away. I am very much very disappointed in the way I was treated most definitely do not go here. This place sucks they don’t you dare customers well, they don’t serve anything right and even my drink wasn’t made good deathly not going back in here.

I’ve never been given such attitude before. Not sure of names but please retrain your staff or get new ones. Staring at me and not taking my order or saying be right with you and when the other girl asks the other employee if she was gonna take my order, she goes “why would I do that. ” Lol okay. Then proceeds to talk and laugh while in the middle of my order still ignoring me. Get a new job if you’re miserable. The gentlemen working was the only nice one and was very sweet. All the girls working were rude.

Just left this location for the first time. We ordered 4 smoothies, all different flavors so it wasn’t just a one smoothie mistake. All of the smoothies taste immensely watered down. Each one! There is barely any type of flavor in any of them. It almost seems intentional like they’re trying to skimp out on product. Extremely disappointed we wasted time and money at this location

Staff was nice and got me my order in a timely fashion- Kanye was bumpin and I was here for it

This place is always a bust. $10 smoothies, 15 minutes for a drink, employees on their phones texting while people are waiting.

The worst smoothie I ever had. Tasted like ice mixed with the remnants of a used smoothie blender cup.

The workers here don’t even give you a hello or bother to look at you when you’re at the register ready to order until they’re done with their task. You will feel absolutely invisible walking in so you might as well order on the app or over the phone. I’ve worked a job like this before, a simple “hi I’ll be right with you in a second” would be enough.
