The new dryers work great, the new floor looks beautiful, and the new girl Aly is extremely helpful and sweet

Most of the washers and dryers have been out of order for months, expect delays. Instead of investing in repairs or replacements, they added a coin pusher gambling game. Seems they don't want the public there as much as they want drop off customers.

Tumble town 2 is a great place to do laundry the people are nice, I was in there the other day and aly helped me she was very nice and helpful made my experience a great one

Love that it's only $1 to dry clothes if u didnt wash clothes there but free if u did wash clothes there.

The facilities were very clean and there's new dryers that work great! The sweet young girl Aly was so helpful excellent customer service!

I was going to try this Laundromat because I live near it. But because of all the bad reviews, I will stay away from this place.

Worst laundromat I have ever been too they kicked me out exactly at 9: 30 with all my Clothes wet I asked the lady to give me 10 min at least for my clothes to dry super rude she just said no you have to leave.she was complaining about working so many hours this is not how you treat your customers… never again

A young man staggered in and fell on the floor. He got up and passed out in a chair. No employee noticed or cared. His chair was right next to the games preventing any child from playing the game. Only every fourth dryer works
. And the employees uses half the carts to do drop off service. And some one had put dirty clothes in 3 carts and left it in the middle of the floor. I won't be back.

Always a mess, the dryer technically isn't free, the price of the washer is just more $

Workers are nice, they have a kid area, and buy 9 washes get the 10th free you can't beat it!

I started going there because my apartment complex has coin laundry. I am tired of buying coins! Tumbletown 2 is a commercial laundromat with free drying! Lots of washer and dryers are there. People can choose washer depending on the volume of clothes. Very fast service!

A/C! Pricey washes but free dryers. Clean & sanitary every time I've been. Parking and handicap parking. Easy in/out. No need for quarters! Great especially for these days. Get a laundry card, add money by cash or credit/debit. 2022 update: still my favorite laundromat with above features as noted

This is the second time in 2 weeks we've been there the bathroom was blocked and no wheelchair can get in. My handicapped son has not been able to use the bathroom. Plus no worker to help us been coming since it opened never been so disappointed and angry.

AWFULLLL

A mess, dirty, so dusty you don’t want anything to fall on the floor because then you gotta re-wash it in the washer that left your clothes dry and unwashed. Staff is unwelcoming and there’s a child running all over the place that clearly belongs to the staff. My son need a few things before leaving for the weekend so I had no choice but to get it “done” at a mat that was near by and closed late. But next time, I’ll go buy him the things he needs if it means having to come to this place. Never again!

The employees are all very nice and I love that they have an 80lb washer! Wish they had more 80lb washers so you don’t have to wait forever for one to become open. They have two 80lb and two 60lb washers. Also sometimes the machines including the money machine can be glitchy. They can take forever to read your card, which can be infuriating. Other then that it’s my favorite laundromat!

When they say they will come and
Pick up your laundry they seem to
Not honor it. Been over a week waiting for Tumble Town to come
And pick up my laundry, I am handicap and not able to drive.

The place is comfortable in the sense that it is spacious, but it has several machines that do not work and the place also lacks cleanliness.
